We mistakenly booked for the wrong dates and turned up to Hotel Apia as per the booking. We called in distress. The staff especially Oraurelia and Alexesandras were beyond outstanding. Their care, helpfulness and attentiveness went really far! Parking can be a large issue as spaces are not always available and it can be difficult to find the parking. There is a barrier that you need to call them to get it opened (enter and exit) so if you don’t have a local sim, it can be difficult. The hotel I beautiful beyond words and the rooms are all different themes and super cute and quaint. The rooms do get very hot during the evening. Location is perfectly located.

This is one of those few hotels that live up to their reputation. It is truly a 10 / 10 hotel and earns every single of their 5 stars. First, the staff is amazing. They are well trained, courteous, helpful, and pleasant. I give the staff 100% from check-in, luggage, restaurant, and housekeeping. I would like to call out specifically James and Pavel. They are top notch at their positions and made us feel welcomed and cared for. Our room is gorgeous - beautiful balcony and view. Comfortable bed, well designed bathroom with both a soaking tub and shower. Everything you need is in this room to have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The location is perfect; right in the center of everything. The breakfast is lovely - staff was extremely attentive. I loved this hotel and I would specifically return to Vilnius just to stay in this grand hotel.

ABSOLUTLY NOT RECOMMENDED! WE BOOKED 2 DOUBLE ROOMS IN SEPTEMBER 2022 FOR A RAMMSTEIN CONCERT. AT THIS POINT THEY HAD A LOT OF ROOMS FREE AND OFFERED IT IN ***********. IN MAI 2023 (7 month later!) THEY CANCELED OUR ROOMS (2 DOUBLE ROOMS) WITH THE CASE ”SORRY - OUR HOTEL IS OVERBOOKED”. BUT THE REAL AND TRUE CASE WAS, THEY OFFERED THE ROOMS TO OTHER GUESTS CAUSE OF RARLY AVAILABLE ROOMS IN MAY 2023/VILNIUS. WE ORGINALLY PAID 599 EURO FOR ONE WEEK TOTAL FOR BOTH DOUBLE ROOMS IN SEPTEMBER 2022. IN MAI 2023 THEY OFFERED THE ROOMS FOR OVER AROUND 2000 EURO+ PER WEEK (EACH ROOM!). FROM THE BUSINESS POINT OF VIEW ITS SURLY WISE BUT ITS REALLY REALLY UNFAIR TO THE GUESTS TO F*CK THEIR LONG PLANNED HOLIDAYS IN THE LAST MOMENT BEFOR THE TRAVEL BEGINS. IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO FIND ANOTHER PAYABLE HOTEL IN VILNIUS SO WE HAD TO CHOOSE SOMETHING 30KM OUTSIDE OF VILNIUS CITY. WE HAD TO USE BOLT/UBER TAXIS EVERY DAY AND WE HAD ALOT OF EXTRA COSTS CAUSE OF THIS OUTRAGEOUS HOTEL. WE ARE VERY VERY DISAPOINTED AND I WILL POST THIS STORY WHEREVER I CAN! UNBELIEVABLE!

Located in the old town, near by the Town Hall, opposite the Church of St. Casimir. It's convenient to walk to most attractions. The hotel features stunning Neo-Baroque architecture. It is said to have a history of 120 years. The room is slightly small but acceptable. The interior design is characterized by understated elegance, Room is clean, tidy and comfortable with modern equipment. Good hardware and software, Service is great. A nice stay.

Chambre spacieuse avec salon et table basse. Déco désuète mais tout à fait dans le style de l hôtel. La sdb est plus moderne. Vue sur les toits très jolie. Pas de parking à proximité ou alors très cher, il faut donc marcher car au cœur de la vieille ville. Petit déjeuner succulent avec des produits de grande qualité et un service impeccable. Accès au Spa gratuit mais très décevant : petite piscine très froide, un sauna et c est tout.

Hotel Žemaitės offers its guests certain advantages, but has a number of significant disadvantages that cannot be overlooked. ### Pros: 1. Front desk service: The staff at the front desk demonstrates a high level of professionalism, always ready to help and create a comfortable atmosphere for guests. 2. Lobby interior: The entrance area of the hotel impresses with its luxurious marble finish, which gives the place an air of elegance and sophistication. 3. Location: The proximity to the clinic makes this hotel a convenient choice for those traveling to the city for medical reasons or needing close access to medical facilities. ### Minuses: 1. Condition of the furniture: The room leaves an unpleasant impression due to old and worn out furniture that clearly needs to be replaced. 2. Sanitation in the bathroom: The dirty toilet bowl with the remains of the previous guest's vital activity and dried stains on the walls cause serious doubts about the quality of cleaning. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this level. 3. Cleanliness of the bathroom floor: Black scraps left by a previous guest indicate a lack of attention to the cleanliness of the premises. 4. Shower cubicle: Finding foreign hair in the shower cubicle is a very unpleasant discovery, especially considering the fact that the guest had to clean it himself. The taps and the cubicle itself look dated and the whistling sound when using the shower adds to the discomfort. 5. Sink: Fine hairs on the sink indicate superficiality of cleaning, which does not meet the standards of quality service. 6. Window and refrigerator: Dead mosquito on the window sill and unpleasant smell of smoked fish in the refrigerator add unpleasant moments to the overall impression of the room. 7. Water quality: Rusty water was flowing from the tap in the shower, which is totally unacceptable for a modern hotel complex. It creates additional discomfort and makes us question the standards of service. 8. Smell in the elevator: The smell of cigarettes in the elevator indicates a violation of smoking rules inside the building. This aspect negatively affects the comfort of guests, especially those with allergies or intolerance to tobacco smoke. 9. Service in the restaurant: The girl behind the bar behaved coldly and rudely, which is contrary to expectations from the restaurant staff in such an institution. Such attitude destroys the atmosphere of hospitality and worsens the mood of visitors. 10. Condition of furniture in the restaurant: Stains on the furniture in the restaurant create a feeling of carelessness and inconsistency with the level of the establishment. It is important for guests to feel clean and neat in eating places. 11. Room Door Problems: The room door would often open with only a few attempts, causing annoyance and wasting guests' time.
