My full name is Nguyen Ngoc Tien, Check in April 14, Check out April 15 I rarely write Review in TripAdvisor except I am pleased or disappointed with the facility. I could say the customer service in the hotel is excellent, nothing to complain. The reason: - I have some problems with VAT invoice because I am not sure VAT tariff for some commodities ( either 8% or 10% ) that makes discrepancy between Sales invoice and VAT invoice and more than my expectation, Finance staff comes to work earlier and fix for me the document right away. -Facilities in the room are very good and nice, thanks for that. -Breakfast buffet is diversity with local foods. Really nice hotel - we only stayed a night and got in quite late but would happily have spent more time there. Big room, good shower (although it did scald us so be careful with the temperature), amazing view (we were on 10th floor), TV with English language channels, and lots of conveniences in a walkable distance. Breakfast was also good, lots of choice although it does finish at 9am which is the earliest of all hotels we have stayed at. We did have a bit of confusion as it says there is a bar in the hotel but none of the staff could tell us where the bar was and we were also charged for water that we thought was free. Would definitely stay here again.

I was reluctant to stay here due to the negative reviews the place had received, but when my first choice hotel was full, I decided to give this place a try as it was in the area that I needed to be in. And boy and I glad that I ended up here! The room was comfortable (it even had heating, which enabled me to sleep comfortably during the very cold winter nights during my stay); the staff was extremely kind and helpful (other reviewers complained about them, but sometimes people treat you the way you treat them); the breakfast was surprisingly good; and it was really good value for money. Granted, the hotel is not perfect. It's a little bit worn from age, but so am I. Ha. Anyway, I'm glad I stayed there - and I would certainly stay there again on my next visit to Vinh.

Phòng ốc khá ổn. Nhưng ngày hôm qua không ai dọn phòng cho mình, đi đến chiều về gọi người dọn phòng mãi cả tiếng sau mới dọn. Sáng nghe giật mình dậy tiếng kiếng chỗ tủ pantry tự dưng rơi vỡ tan tành.

I went to Vinh City at March 23 and it was my first time there so I didn’t know which hotels would be good or not. I thought for that price I can’t expect too much but it also wouldn’t be a big loss if it’s bad. When I arrived I was stunned that the hotel was actually very good in every aspect. The staff was friendly and spoke very good english. Also the rooms where really big and offered quite a good view for the city. Hotel is in a good location and looks precious. Also I could stay a bit longer when I had to check out for a very little amount to pay. I would definitely recommend and I will go there again on my next trip.

Stayed there for a night while on a business trip through the province. The hotel at that time was still semi operational due to the virus situation. The images on their webpage look very nice, but they are very outdated, and it is more than evident that the hotel is at a stage where major improvement and upgrading is urgently necessary. From what I saw, the 7th or 8th floor was undergoing major renovation works. The room itself was OK, everything worked, inclusive or WIFI, although a bit slow but working. But again, what is presented on the webpage looks very different in reality. Considering that I was told that it still is the best hotel in town, choices are limited. In summary, it is a local hotel and when you stay there, you must be aware of it. But it is manageable for a night or two
