Location is not as per expectations, only building is okay but surrounding is poor ... no food facilities available, no dining available ... snacks taste is poor like cold coffee & chicken pops/ nuggets. Poor room service , wifi doesn’t work , no glass in bathroom - curtains used in bathroom in place of glass partition.

Merlot will be one of my best places to revisit when I'm in vizag. Team is excellent provided facilities equivalent to 5 stars. Hospitality was extremely good and seamless experience checking in and out. I will rate it as top hotel in Vizag!

Nice service! only suggest to give a glass partition in the bathing area in bathroom. Only the curtain doesn't help. Bathroom becomes messy

Room was so fantastic... seriously if any one want to stay at Vizag this hotel is best for couples and also fam.. view of see and also hill both are available in one room .. one side is hill view and other side is see view .. fantastic room ..room was much clean ..receptionist mrs Satya is much cooperative.. and hotel ceo is very much cooperative.. she give me one Day stay free for my mistake...bcz I hv booked the hotel one day 2 rooms .. so she adjusted that.. seriously complementary breakfast was so nice .. i m so much happy ...

Very calm, quiet place with spacious rooms. It's unbelievable to see such large rooms. Morning breakfast was too good. Hospitality is extraordinary. The owner talked to us nicely and surprised us with local sweets. We stayed 3 nights and it's very close to nice beaches. Will definitely revisit. I strongly recommend others to stay here although it's bit far from city center.
