By far the worst Taj experience. The property is really old and the overall hospitality does not matches the expected standards. Really crowded at breakfast with slow service. Dining in isn’t good either. Completely stay away from their pizzas. The only good thing about the property is the location and accessibility to the beach.

The stay experience in novotel is very beautiful and also delighted with the service of the staff. The rooms are very clean and neat and service is damn good from the staff and house keeping services.

I had another good stay at the hotel. However, I had a problem with the reservations department refusing to honour my company booking agreement, and insisting to my admin team that there were no rooms available when they were telling me on the phone that there were rooms available, which meant I had to book online instead. Despite this, it did not affect the comfort of my stay once I had arrived. The level of service from the hotel staff was very good.

We celebrated the Sangeet and Mehendi functions at Radisson Blu. Pavani assisted us with booking the venue and rooms, coordinating with all departments to ensure the events went off seamlessly without any issues. Ramesh, the head chef, guided us in selecting the menu and prepared food of excellent quality. All of my guests praised the food. Roshan and Kanhu provided outstanding service in serving food and preparing the hall. Thanks to their help, both events were a success. I am grateful to everyone for contributing to a great experience

Being a frequent visitor to this restaurant from last 7 years, very much know most of the staff. Naveen sir, you’re the legend providing absolute delicacies to all the guests which makes to turn over again! Last night my family came for dinner (my mom’s birthday it is). As i was out of station, called to staff and asked to take care about my family. They thoroughly enjoyed all the food they ordered. ***y thanks to the Chefs & Hari g*** who has taken care of my family. Lastly that cake surprise you guys given to my mom is something they can really cherish for a long time! Much Thanks to Naveen sir and all the staff for your kind hospitality and exceptional service.
