Hotel location is good a short walk to the beaches, shopping centre and local bars. There is a good supermarket 2 mins walk away. Room was large and newly decorated, shower was one of the best ever in a hotel room! New web enabled TV with Netflix etc. Included breakfast had a large selection of hot and cold dishes and was a great start to the day. Bar was reasonably priced and all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. A great stay, can't wait to stay again :)

O quarto é grande, bem distribuído os móveis e ter guarda roupa é um diferencial, já que ficamos 7 dias. Banheiro bom, mas falta uma prateleira para acomodar sabonetes e shampoo e um cabideiro atrás da porta do banheiro. Os atendentes são atenciosos e solícitos e como chegamos antes do check in o gerente nos acomodou prontamente até a liberação dos quartos. Destaco o atendente Diógenes do restaurante que nos atendeu muito bem na horário da noite.

Below average stay at this property. While the hotel had a kind staff and a good location across from the beach, this property leaves a lot to be desired for. This was my third time (and last) at this property and here are the reasons for the below average rating. We checked in to a room that the A/C was defective and the TV would not turn on with the remote control. After calling downstairs for assistance, no one came. On my way out to dinner, I reminded the front desk of the issues. Upon return from dinner around 11pm, we were told that we would need to change rooms. No help whatsoever from the hotel staff in transferring our belongings from one floor to another. I find it absurd that the front desk would not know about the room issues before checking us in. Once in the new room, the TV had the same issue and the door handle to the bathroom was lose until it finally fell. Housekeeping was incapable of notifying staff of the problem the next day and upon return to the room from lunch, the handle was laying on top of the TV. I tried notifying the front desk before leaving for lunch but it had one person attending guests and I had to leave for my commitment. I finally was able to get assistance at 7pm on my third night. Again, I find it absurd that the door handle issue wasn’t fixed beforehand. The restaurant seems to be handled to an outside vendor. Service for dinner was slow and not up to par. Food was average and replaced slowly during breakfast. Overall, not a great experience at this property and will not be staying there anymore. I have communicated all the issues to the manger on duty and hope they will be able to serve their future guests in a better manner than the service I received.

Em primeiro lugar queremos (minha esposa e eu) agradecer a hospitalidade – desde nossa chegada, a saída - com a qual fomos recebidos pela Equipe (Recepção, Restaurante, Camareiras, ...) do Hotel Nobile Suítes Diamond Hotel Vitória. Obrigado! Porém, fica registrada também nossa decepção no que que se refere as instalações. A sensação é que fizeram um “puxadinho” no andar superior (que não tem acesso por elevador) com materiais de baixo custo/qualidade. As portas que davam acesso a varanda do quarto ainda sujas de gesso, com dificuldade de abrir em função da sujeira. Banheiro com goteira no teto do box (pingando gotas frias de água enquanto se toma banho). Pontos como estes denigrem a imagem do Hotel e o atendimento dos Colaboradores. O ponto máximo de “decepção” foi receber toalhas literalmente rasgadas, furadas... Muito triste... Vale ressaltar que todos estes pontos foram reportados aos Colaboradores de forma direta (presencialmente) do turno da noite de sábado (04/06/2022) e da manhã de domingo (05/06/2022). Espero com isso ajudar a que os novos hospedes não passem pela mesma experiência desagradável que passamos. Atenciosamente, Alexander.

Hotel confortável, boa localização, cama e chuveiros ótimos. Café da manhã satisfatório, poderia haver diversidade, ficamos 5 dias hospedados e todos dias eram servidas exatamente as mesmas coisas, fora isso o bote atende.

Eu esperava mais de um Hotel Ibis. O quarto é bem limpo. O café para os hóspedes é gratuito, porém fraco e também cobra para não hóspedes, o que torna bem movimentado, não tem conforto, tendi as vezes que esperar para poder tomar, já que não havia lugar. Pela primeira vez que vi um quarto com um banheiro só para o sanitário e um outro só para banho. O que deixa os dois apertados e o lavabo é no quarto, não é nem na parte do sanitário e nem do chuveiro. A localização do hotel é boa... Dá para ir a pé nas praias, tem um grande hipermercado com lanchonetes e restaurantes bem na frente do hotel, porém um bairro um tanto quanto perigoso (não sei se é sempre, mas esse final de semana estava). Enfim, esperava bem mais do hotel, mas não é ruim.
