"Seeing that there are very few Chinese reviews for this hotel, I decided to add one for Chinese travelers to Vladivostok. The hotel isn't located in the city center, but in a local residential area. It's convenient for seeing the bridge at night, and a taxi to the city center takes less than 10 minutes and costs around 200 rubles (about ten yuan). The advantages are that it's very quiet and fairly clean. The rooms are only on the first and second floors shown in the pictures, not the entire building. The rooms are considered large for a budget hotel in Vladivostok; compared to other budget hotels like Equatorial, Tepro, and Primoye, they are quite spacious, around 20 square meters. The room has a refrigerator, disposable toiletries, shampoo and shower gel, a towel warmer, a safe, and free Wi-Fi with decent speed. I didn't try the breakfast, so I don't know what it was like. Overall, it's decent, and at around 260 yuan per night, it's relatively good value for money."

"The room is excellent, with a kitchen, dishes, and all additional toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and extra kits. The view is beautiful, and the location is convenient for those with a car. They cleaned the floors on the 3rd day at my request, but the towels were not changed. There's a washing machine. Great value for money! You don't have to engage in empty conversations with agents or leave a prepayment with anyone. We arrived, checked in, and left smoothly, without any hassle. We extended our stay in the room without issues at a good price. The hotel grounds offer a spectacular view, and the towers light up at night."

"We visited in August 2023 for my husband’s birthday. The hotel is wonderful. The room had an incredible view of the bay. Breakfasts are big and tasty. I really love small hotels. This hotel is 10 out of 10. Location, everything is within walking distance and most importantly down))) back by taxi. We never had any problems with taxis. Tatiana is the soul of this hotel. I am ready to help you at any time of the day or night. On my husband's birthday, they gave me a very heartfelt gift. The room is large, clean and very well maintained. All plumbing is new. New renovation. We fell in love with Vladivostok. The most valuable thing about it is the people who live in it!"

"The facilities were outdated, the room was damp, and there was no air conditioning—it felt like stepping back 20 years. The bed was crooked. There was a loudspeaker in the room, and at first we wondered what it was for. On our last night, an alarm started playing in both Russian and English as soon as we fell asleep, instructing us to evacuate the building immediately. We grabbed our child, threw on a coat, and rushed downstairs. When we got to the first floor, they told us everything was alright, without explaining why. Afraid to take the elevator, we climbed eight floors. Half an hour later, the alarm came again. This time, we learned from fellow Chinese that someone had been cooking, triggering the smoke detector. The Russian staff offered no explanation, just curtly and impatiently saying, "It's alright." That's when I realized she could speak a few words of Chinese and English; she had been speaking Russian to me the whole time. The room cost over 600 yuan a night, which was less than a 100-yuan room in Northeast China."

"The hotel is great! The room is clean and cozy! In the shower, all the dispensers were full of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. There was also a dental kit, and a hairdryer too! Everything else was available upon request! The bed was super huge with pristine white linens. Drinking water was in the hallway, which wasn't super convenient, but at least you could take as much as you needed 😁 We'd be happy to return to this hotel again. Highly recommended! 🌷"
