Hotel berhampiran Hưng Thắng Tự, Vung Tau

Whenever I go to Vung Tau I always stay at the Moon Thanh Vung Tau hotel, and I have been there a few times. The position is excellent being so close to the beach. The staff are helpful and friendly and always willing to chat and have a laugh with me. Over time I have made a very good friend in Truc (aka Bonnie) who is now the General Manager there. We always share a coffee and photos when I visit. If you have a room overlooking the beach you can watch what's happening in the park opposite or watch the fishing fleet coming and going. I recommend getting up early, around 5.30 - 6.00 am and walking along the beach watching the women doing their exercises or the fishermen bringing in their catch and the women selling straight from the boat to your plate. All in all I highly recommend the Muong Tan hotel for your next stay in Vung Tau.

붕타우는 처음이라서 호텔 예약을 하면서 위치를 잡기가 힘들었는데 가서 보니 위치가 좀 예매했다 아침에는 장이 서서 그냥 구경좀 하다가 온것 같다

Me and my friend had a really good experience here with the service and the view of the hotel. The room was clean and organized. Trời ơi, tuyệt vời. Lần đầu tiên mình thuê được 1 nơi mà sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi mà giá cả lại ok nữa. C hướng dẫn cũng siêu nhiệt tình, dễ thương. Ra lại VT nữa mình sẽ chỉ nghĩ đến nơi này thui, không thích chỗ khác. 10 điểm

Wow! What an amazing experience. The Malibu Hotel is the best hotel that I've stayed in in Vietnam. We had a business trip there in early March 2023. Everything was exemplary and all 65 staff members agreed. I will briefly share what makes this hotel so amazing: 1) Customer Service: A huge shout out to Ms. Bella from The Malibu. She made organisation of our trip smooth and was extremely detail-orientated. Additionally, Mr. Dat ensured that our Gala dinner was a memorable experience. Both Ms. Bella and Mr. Dat were extremely transparent about budget and pricing, double-checking every expense with our team before it was processed. The best customer service that I've received in Vietnam in 7 years. 2) The food: The food is incredible and very fairly priced. I stayed in the hotel in early 2022 and they have maintained the high standard since then. Well done to the kitchen staff at The Malibu. The best I've had in Vietnam. 3) Public spaced: The Malibu has a wonderful pool & lounge area. Servers were punctual and pleasant. 4) Comfy beds: The rooms & beds fit those of a 4/5 star hotel. No issues here whatsoever. It might be nice if they had a balcony. 5) Location: Wonderful location near the major roundabout in Vung Tau. A short walk to the beach. Fantastic!

２泊しました。レンジはもちろん、調理道具一式も完備され、部屋飲みには重宝しました。あとは、全自動の洗濯機に衣類を入れて、広い広いベランダに干すばかり。 惜しむらくは、午前中の２〜３時間の停電には、先端の設備も勝てるはずもなく、待つだけで過ごす時間がもったいなかったです。早朝に散歩に出ようと２４階の部屋からエレベーターを押しても反応しなかったのは、停電とは別の理由があったかもしれません。階段で降りて確認のすべもありませんでした。でもまた泊まりたいですね。

For some god sake, men and women are treated unequally? I don’t have the right to not take off my shirt in public area (swimming pool)! If you have that rule, please inform in booking email in advance! I even wore the swimsuit not normal shirt! I’m staying at B14.03 on 29/4/2023 When I talk to staff at the front desk (18:15, 29/4/2023), her attitude toward me is unacceptable!!! Is that because I’m younger than her or else? Her answer was not what I expected from a 4 star hotel! We need answer and solution, not ask for sympathy! Believe me! You never encounter any rudeness like this from any other international hotel brands (IHG, Melia, Accord,..) Many thanks! I worked as a travel agency in Vietnam with reasonable price! Booked through *******. As this is my first time here in Vietnam, I was amazed with both the location and view of this hotel. 1. Breakfast - It is not bad as there is a mixed variety of cuisine. I was hoping that there are hashbrown but there are none, which is fine for me. Based on the location, I think the breakfast will win hands down. 2. Location - 20mins by Taxi. Relatively smooth ride. Note that the premises is directly opposite the beach (30seconds) walk. It is also directly horizontally across the little religious island. 3. Room - Very clean and thoughtful placement of various items. Except the swimming towels. Hah. Kind of weird when I used the hand towel to wipe myself dry. Overall, highly recommended.

- The time i got to my room was nearly 3pm. I came there slightly early (11am) since it was a 2d1n trip. Came to a big, well known resort with different facilities, I expected more from their service. First, the receptionists are not welcoming. They checked in for us and kept our passports till check out day, which I found a bit odd, especially as its pay in advance. Then they just told me to wait till the room is ready, without a welcome drink or a suggestion as to what I can do while waiting. I had lunch at the ONE AND ONLY restaurant in the resort - Mermaid Restaurant, even though on their website there are around 6 listed places to go. There were 10 staff standing at that restaurant but no one seemed to be helpful. The restaurant was completely empty, we chose the table near the sea, but one staff came and asked if we can move to a smaller table. Both the restart and cafe charged 5% service fee, but the staff are slow and not attentive (waited 20m for drinks) and took ages for us to pay by card. There wasn’t any benches on their private beach or umbrellas. The pool is just 1,4m deepest. - The location is good and bad. It is right next to the beach but you can’t get any taxi yourself. If you wanna go out, have to ask the receptionist to book for you, and the price is not by miles but by your destination point. - Room on the other hand was spacious and clean. One very good thing here is the pool guys clean the pool area all the time so it is very clean, and there was also a beach guard watching for your safety.
