The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable, with a balcony offering beautiful and stunning views. The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and attentive, and the bellboy helped with our luggage. The breakfast had fresh and delicious fruit with a wide variety, including passion fruit, watermelon, pineapple, and dragon fruit.

The best place to celebrate Christmas and New year. We had a room with balcony and facing the sea. We enjoyed the meal from breakfast to dinner. The food is catering for both domestic and foreign guests and we really enjoyed the breakfast in particular. We celebrated the New year's Eve watching fireworks from our balcony and the New Year's day on the beach. We would have no hesitation to come back again.

Nice view from the room, however the room feels outdated. Aircond also wasn’t working well. Breakfast is nice wide spread.

Great hotel! The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, there's a gym and pickleball. I'll definitely be back on my next vacation!

We stayed one night at the Imperial Hotel. The location is good, but the service is terrible, if not worse. First: At the beach area, there was no towel station. Second: The staff asked us to leave a 5* review for them (very annoying 😡). Third: The room was for 2 persons, but there was only 1 shower towel, and the shower wash and body wash were only 1/4 full in the bottle. Hopefully, the hotel will improve.

This hotel is right by the sea, making it an excellent choice for tourists. The decor is quite unique and has a charming vintage feel with many interesting small design touches. You'll find a lot of international guests staying here. The breakfast spread is fantastic with plenty of options, and both the French cuisine and local rice noodles are delicious. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Only issue was lack of any options other than chicken wings in restaurant. Yes it's a seafood restaurant however some people dont eat seafood. Partner on the other hand loved all of her seafood dishes

The room facilities are old, and the sound insulation of the doors and windows is very poor, making it noisy, especially with the construction site next door. The bottled water in the room is too small, and when I asked the front desk for more, they said I had to buy it separately.

The room is quite dark . The light not too clear can’t even make up properly. The shaver is not sharp enough .

It's my second time here, but first time staying over at the hotel side. Everything was great but the service might be a little not up to standard , maybe too may customer over the weekend, but overall it's ok

The hotel itself was nice, but the exterior needs to be updated. The view from the room balcony is spoilt by the state of the building roof, rusty pipes, and boiler rooms. The hotel has a lovely pool area, but there was lots of maintenance taking place, no service, and the beds were not made up, Rooms are large and clean. However, no room service is offered, and the laundry service was terrible. For a 5 star hotel, this is in my mind is not acceptible . The breakfast was really good, staff were helpful and we were more than happy with the food selection. The hotel bar service was slow, and staff struggled with drink selection. Glasses were not offered with beers, the bar closed just after 10 p.m., and they refused to sell to sell to residents.
