Cleanliness ✔️ Location ✔️ Comfort ✔️ Staff ❌🙅 The second time we booked, the attendant informed me that I needed to show my visa because the first time we checked in(2days ago), he informed me that I had an expired tourist visa. How does this happen? (He never ask for my visa at first). then, I showed him my current valid tourist visa "FOR THE FIRST TIME. What I am saying is, do not make up a story. Simply tell me what you require. 🙂🙂

The location is absolutely darling, a few minutes to the beachfront ( I would not want to go into the ocean though, the water is a bit dirty ), and also 10 - 15 minutes to a hiking trail. Petro House Hotel has two different buildings. One is a bit old with a bit musty cigarette smell in the lobby or in the bedroom, the new building is just next door. That's where the reception desk and breakfast place are. If one is sensitive to mold, go for the higher price rooms. Buffet breakfast is good!

予約はシングルルームでしたが、キングサイズのベッドが入っていました。 ホテルは 8階建て くらいのホテル棟と隣に***がある建屋があり、 私の部屋はその***のある方の部屋でした。内装はきちんとしてますがかなり古い部屋のようです。40kドン程度なら、コスパ良いと思います。

객실은 좀 낡았지만 위치도 좋고 가성비 오기 좋은거 같아요 :) 아 그리고 조식이 너무 맛있어서 깜놀 종류도 여러가지수 많이 나오고 쌀국시 존맛탱 집입니다!!!! 짱:) 💓💓💓💓 ***도 재밌어요

I've just finished an eight day stay at the hotel and I can safely say that it was the best I've been in during my many trips to Vietnam. From the first moment I arrived the service was absolutely impeccable and that never dropped once until I left. The location was ideal, breakfast choices were excellent and the price was amazing for the service provided. I should be back in Vung Tau around the same time next year and there's only one place I'll be looking to book - thanks to everyone for making my stay so enjoyable.

Don’t even book this hotel. Poor customer service and foods. Tuan from the reception poor service. Not worth your $ just don’t book here

I had a vacation with my friends for one day with 03 rooms, when we come to the lobby no one help for the lug and welcome guest , thể staff at front office were not friendly, We feel disappointed and never recommended for my friends stay at here
