Hotel berhampiran Mua Sam Vung Tau, Vung Tau

For some god sake, men and women are treated unequally? I don’t have the right to not take off my shirt in public area (swimming pool)! If you have that rule, please inform in booking email in advance! I even wore the swimsuit not normal shirt! I’m staying at B14.03 on 29/4/2023 When I talk to staff at the front desk (18:15, 29/4/2023), her attitude toward me is unacceptable!!! Is that because I’m younger than her or else? Her answer was not what I expected from a 4 star hotel! We need answer and solution, not ask for sympathy! Believe me! You never encounter any rudeness like this from any other international hotel brands (IHG, Melia, Accord,..) Many thanks! I worked as a travel agency in Vietnam with reasonable price! The service was very impressive, even though we stayed there during Tet, which is a busy period. David was attentive. The breakfast was amazing, so much variety. The rooms are spacious and well designed and I loved the decorations for Tet. We would stay at the Pullman in Vung Tau again. One minor thing to note: it didn’t seem like there was a private beach, however there is a shuttle bus that takes you to the public beach. The beaches in Vung Tau are generally not swimming-friendly.

Wow! What an amazing experience. The Malibu Hotel is the best hotel that I've stayed in in Vietnam. We had a business trip there in early March 2023. Everything was exemplary and all 65 staff members agreed. I will briefly share what makes this hotel so amazing: 1) Customer Service: A huge shout out to Ms. Bella from The Malibu. She made organisation of our trip smooth and was extremely detail-orientated. Additionally, Mr. Dat ensured that our Gala dinner was a memorable experience. Both Ms. Bella and Mr. Dat were extremely transparent about budget and pricing, double-checking every expense with our team before it was processed. The best customer service that I've received in Vietnam in 7 years. 2) The food: The food is incredible and very fairly priced. I stayed in the hotel in early 2022 and they have maintained the high standard since then. Well done to the kitchen staff at The Malibu. The best I've had in Vietnam. 3) Public spaced: The Malibu has a wonderful pool & lounge area. Servers were punctual and pleasant. 4) Comfy beds: The rooms & beds fit those of a 4/5 star hotel. No issues here whatsoever. It might be nice if they had a balcony. 5) Location: Wonderful location near the major roundabout in Vung Tau. A short walk to the beach. Fantastic!

Khách sạn cực kỳ mới, vừa mới khai trương chính thức tháng này. Cảm nhận nhân viên khách sạn cực kỳ lễ phép và sẵn sàng giúp đỡ. Nội thất trong phòng của khách sạn nhìn rất sang, chắc là hàng nhập khẩu, mình chưa nhìn thấy tên này phổ biến lắm. Chỉ có hai điểm khách sạn nên bổ sung: - nên có 1 giỏ rác nữa trong phòng thay vì chỉ có 1 cái trong nhà vệ sinh. - tấm rèm che không được riêng tư lắm, người ngoài có thể nhìn thấy trong nhà vệ sinh. Nên thay loại khác Còn lại đều rất tuyệt vời! Mình sẽ cân nhắc cho chuyến đi tiếp theo!

Me and my friend had a really good experience here with the service and the view of the hotel. The room was clean and organized. Khách sạn mới, sạch, tiện ghi tuyệt vời so với mức giá. Bãi xe hơi rất tiện lợi. Có mini mart. Phòng ngủ mới mọi thứ,máy lạnh đời mới,có nước nóng lạnh. Điểm trừ không có giường đôi mà là giường đơn ghép lại. Ăn sáng thì bình thường. Hồ bơi vô cực rất thích ngoại trừ nước lạnh.

Booked through *******. As this is my first time here in Vietnam, I was amazed with both the location and view of this hotel. 1. Breakfast - It is not bad as there is a mixed variety of cuisine. I was hoping that there are hashbrown but there are none, which is fine for me. Based on the location, I think the breakfast will win hands down. 2. Location - 20mins by Taxi. Relatively smooth ride. Note that the premises is directly opposite the beach (30seconds) walk. It is also directly horizontally across the little religious island. 3. Room - Very clean and thoughtful placement of various items. Except the swimming towels. Hah. Kind of weird when I used the hand towel to wipe myself dry. Overall, highly recommended.

- The time i got to my room was nearly 3pm. I came there slightly early (11am) since it was a 2d1n trip. Came to a big, well known resort with different facilities, I expected more from their service. First, the receptionists are not welcoming. They checked in for us and kept our passports till check out day, which I found a bit odd, especially as its pay in advance. Then they just told me to wait till the room is ready, without a welcome drink or a suggestion as to what I can do while waiting. I had lunch at the ONE AND ONLY restaurant in the resort - Mermaid Restaurant, even though on their website there are around 6 listed places to go. There were 10 staff standing at that restaurant but no one seemed to be helpful. The restaurant was completely empty, we chose the table near the sea, but one staff came and asked if we can move to a smaller table. Both the restart and cafe charged 5% service fee, but the staff are slow and not attentive (waited 20m for drinks) and took ages for us to pay by card. There wasn’t any benches on their private beach or umbrellas. The pool is just 1,4m deepest. - The location is good and bad. It is right next to the beach but you can’t get any taxi yourself. If you wanna go out, have to ask the receptionist to book for you, and the price is not by miles but by your destination point. - Room on the other hand was spacious and clean. One very good thing here is the pool guys clean the pool area all the time so it is very clean, and there was also a beach guard watching for your safety.
