Phòng chưa được sạch, nội thất còn hư hỏng, điều hoà kém, vệ sinh kém, thái độ nhân viên còn kém, hướng dẫn viên thiếu chuyên nghiệp, tự động nhảy xe khác cho khách khi chưa được sự đồng ý của khách, làm việc chậm chạp, chưa quy củ, lên tour cho khách còn kém

Khách sạn đối đãi với khách chưa tốt lắm. Thái độ phục vụ thì chưa thân thiện, gây trở ngại nhiều vấn đề bất cập. Gây cảm giác không thoải mái khi nghỉ ngơi tại khách sạn này. Nội thất thì không xứng với giá tiền đã bỏ ra. Hy vọng, sẽ được khắc phục, cải tiến nhiều hơn sau lần đã chỉ ra điểm khắc phục.
