My wife and recently stayed at the International Hotel in Waga Waga, New South Wales, Australia. It was a really nice place. It was booked 6 months in advance from 10,000 miles away so you kind of roll the dice when you do that. You check pictures and reviews, prices and covid restrictions and book it. This time it turned out good. It was all on one level, modern, spacious parking and quiet. The room was not too small and the desk staff was nice. They also had adequate luggage carts but to my knowledge no restaurant. I would definitely recommend it for a brief stay.

Not only is this hotel clean and quiet, but the managers are extremely helpful and kind. My mother and I were booked in to stay at this accommodation for a week when unexpectedly we needed to extend our stay. With No Vacancy signs all over Wagga, we had no idea what to do. Once my mother explained our situation the managers found us a room for another 12 days. This was a blessing. They not only cleaned our room daily but they also check in with my mum to see if she was okay. Every motel can be clean and tidy but very few have heart, kindness and care. Thank you to the lovely staff at Best Western in Wagga Wagga.

We only stayed at the Bolton on the Park for a night as a stopover on our trip, but we would recommend it as a great place to stay. We stayed in a two bedroom unit. It was downstairs, with parking right outside, and was in great condition, and oh so spacious. The location is good and the service from that staff was also very good. When it is cool enough, you are very close to the path along the Murrumbidgee River. Wagga was also very hot when we got there, and the unit was beautifully cool! We also really enjoyed the fireworks at the Albert Lake for New Year's Eve, as recommended by the staff and also the people down the road in the Visitor's Information Centre.
