This hotel is top class. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and we received a really warm welcome, both on arrival at the hotel and the restaurant. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean and inviting with a really comfortable bed. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Pinnacles Restaurant – excellent service, delicious food – outstanding.

We didn't stay at the hotel but ate at the Restuarant. I could not believe the food that was served. It was as good if not better than I have eaten in hatted restaurants in Sydney. A great regional find. We had the 5 courses with matching premium wines and the food and wine were perfect. The wait staff were so friendly and helpful. We spent some time discussing glass wear and when we were leaving, they gifted my husband one of the prettiest glasses they have. Next time I go to Wagga not only will I be eating at this restaurant but I will be trying out their accommodation as well.

At short notice I got an amazing room/apartment, which was super spacious with everything I might need. A fully equipped kitchen, 2 wonderful big rooms and heavenly beds, a luxurious bathroom - with full sized bath!! And a swimming pool at my front door, I’m definitely staying here again on next trip - thank you!!

So impressed with this little gem. Husband was having bicep repair surgery in Wagga, so we booked the night before and night of surgery. This motel is spotlessly clean, in the rooms and the gardens and lawns. The most fantastic salt water pool which was a welcome sight after the heat here last week. The owners and cleaning staff are so friendly and very helpful. There is a complex next door with takeways and restaurants and a Coles express at the service station if you need any snacks or drinks for your room. Calvary day sugery is on the other side and Calvary hospital is literally a five minute easy walk. Highly recommend this motel, especially if you are in need of using the hospitals in Wagga.

Lovely spacious room which included a three seater lounge. Everything was very clean. Bed was spacious and very comfortable. As we came from Qld into a cold Wagga Wagga we loved the electric blanket, and the heating was ample. The staff at reception and room staff were exceptional. They were extremely helpful and when asked nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Great service from Murray and the team, very welcoming. Nice and convenient location, 3 minutes' drive into the CBD. I stay on a regular basis, so I really appreciate the 'free gym' pass option available. The small restaurant provides, nice, homely quality food and a good option after a busy day at work, very convenient. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and well maintained in my experience. Very quiet despite being on a busy roundabout area, I was very surprised. Nice location for walking along the river pathway and also into town. Has been my preferred weekly stay when in Wagga Wagga.

The hotel is in a famous town and there are many places of interest to visit. The food is also good, and the beef cooked by a western restaurant for hundreds of years is highly recommended. The hotel is purely western-style, and the waiter is great. It is still cleaning before the check-in time, but some fruits don't know where to put them. The waiter immediately makes room for the luggage to move in and put it away, so that we can find food with peace of mind. The room is clean and tidy. There are elevators and escalators on the second floor. The waiter took the initiative to print the map, telling you where to play, where to eat and where to shop. It was very warm.

Recently on my way South my wife and I decided to spend the night in Wagga which we had done many times before in a variety of accommodation. This time we chose Townhouse. This time we actually can say right from the word go to the time we left it was a great experience. I walked into reception to be greeted by Georgia. What a breath of fresh air very professional. Her customer relations skills could be packaged and sent around to all service industry businesses. Not just her greeting but how her initiative reinforced my decision to stay. Rooms of course are important part of your stay and the décor was very smart up to date and CLEAN. I always make it a policy to inspect a room when I am going to critique and to me the proof of the pudding is under the bed. Spotless. There was an eatery and a browse over the menu saw a good selection of meals and the fact that it looked very full is a sure endorsement. As we were tired we opted for room service and had Chicken Caesar Salad. Well presented, appetising and sufficiently. All in all a 10 out of 10 stay.

We stayed at Mercure Wagga2 as a transit hotel for our Melbourne —＞ Sydney trip. The location is good, the standard is acceptable for the area, the bed is exceeding my expectations as they’re very comfortable. Perfect for our rest before continuing our trip to Sydney. In overall it was good value for money.

As far as motels go, this one is clean, comfortable and close to the town centre. Staying in a downstairs room was convenient with luggage as lugging a suitcase up the stairs to the second level was not appealing. There is everything you need for a short stay in the rooms, which are spacious. The new key pads on the front doors, which have replaced door keys, would be much easier to negotiate with decent light at night. I had to use my phone torch to see the keypad to enter the code to gain room access. No complaints but nothing that stands out.
