Super helpful host. My parents and I had a fabulous stay. I love the rustic comfort and the artistic design touches of the country cottages. Great surrounding and close to famous vineyard lunches.

The place is really beautiful,and peaceful. If you want to take time and detached from everything. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need and the breakfast is nice and full. We loved .the .dizain ,the bed was comfy Be prepared to be all alone becaus everything you need is far from the place.

Wonderful cabin, everything you need was there. A very peaceful stay and perfect for the event at The Hunting Lodge. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and definitely would stay again! Thanks for the breakfast and early checkin!

Absolutely beautiful venue with all sorts of flora, even a little creek, hydrangeas, elephant ears, just lovely grounds. We had a lunch with wine tasting with our group from Regent Seven Seas. We sampled 5 wines and there was bread, salad, cheeses, hummus, lamb, salmon, potatoes and sweet potatoes, green beans, and pavlova. Just lovely. Ellie has a great personality and lots of knowledge about wine and local history.

Excellent communication by staff prior to arrival. Lovely accomodation as always. This was our second time there. Even forgot my Apple Watch there after checkout, was at the beach when I remembered, but staff were soo honest and nice to call and notify me to come pick it up

Everything was so nice to stay. The facilities in the lodge was very interesting and old enough to feel another world. Host was very kind. One more advantage was The Hunting Lodge Winery was 5 minutes on foot. We had dinner on the winery. We wanna stay again in the future.

We were having time out from a stressful year and found Vineyard Cottages in ***********. We stayed 2 nights, it was so peaceful we feel quite rested. We stayed in unti Pinot Gris, funny because Pinot Gris is my favourite wine.The bed was very comfortable & the lounge, kitchen & bathroom facilities we amazing. Thank you for the breakfast it was perfect. We loved the old equipment theme & wandered around the gardens several times. Our welcome was perfect as was our departure. Very welcoming hosts - thank you. If we are ever up you way again we will definately stay hopefully several nights. We are an older couple but I can imagine it would be a perfect location for a wedding & any celebration.

Awesome place, with all the amenties. Clean and warm. Easy to access and the owners were freindly and made the booking easy over the phone. Highly recommend if your looking for a place to stay in that area of Kumeu.

Super cute place to stay, absolutely beautiful wee cabins. I was in the area celebrating my anniversary and made for a perfect romantic place to stay for the night! I highly recommend Vineyard Cottages!!
