お盆休みを利用して、家族で２泊致しまいた。
和歌山市駅から、路線バスのアクセスも良く、真砂町バス停 or 県庁正門前で下車が便利です。
コンビニも近くにあり、立地は良いです。
スタッフの対応は、滞在中 終始 とても親切で丁寧な 接客スタイルで 非常に快適でした。
部屋は勿論、館内の隅々まで清掃が行き届いていて、清潔な環境で過ごす事が出来ます。
一つ残念な点は、空調設備の老朽化でしょうか？ MAXに設定しても、室温が26℃以下になる事はありませんでした。
ルームチェンジのリクエストには、快く対応して頂けたのですが、問題の解決には至りませんでした。
それでも、サーキュレーターの貸し出しをして頂き、熱帯夜を凌ぐことができました。
空調の理由で、施設の評価は、やや低めですが、季節を替えれば、満点評価と思います。
涼しい時期に 再度 利用したいと思います。

The Japanesestyle room that will be the bedroom can be locked from inside the Japanesestyle room The Japanesestyle room that will be the bedroom does not have an upper floor and it is far from the room that the host mainly uses so you will not be bothered by the noise of life on the upper floors
The public areas bathroom toilet washroom and around the hallway are shared with the owner The 315 m2 does not include the area of the water area so if you add the public area area it becomes 566 m2 so you can use it spaciously
A bus leaves from a nearby bus stop every 10 to 15 minutes to go to the main locations
The maximum number of guests is 4 but the bedding for the fourth person will be arrang

El hotel tiene un ordenador en la entrada para hacer el check in que al final es un engorro para el cliente, que tiene que hacer todo el trabajo, y es más lento que hacer un check in normal. En cualquier caso tienen dos empleadas ayudando, que podrían hacer ellas mismas el trabajo.
El hotel correcto, algo antiguo. El desayuno es tipo buffet, y es bastante flojo.

挺老的酒店，衞生還行，位置一般，周圍挺安靜。周邊沒什麼商業，吃的喝的要去遠一點，大堂有洗漱用品，有地圖，比較方便。

のんびりと一人旅でしたが、少しガッカリな対応がありました。フロント横のコーヒースペースに入ろうとした時にフロントの係の方から不審者のような扱いをされ、楽しい旅行がダウンしました。3泊4日でしたが、トラウマになり、一度もコーヒーラウンジには行けずガッカリです。
やはり対応はキチンと接客した方が良いとおもいます。
そのほかは、満点でした。

PPengguna TetamuCandeo is right on Wakayama-Shi Train station, which makes it incredibly convenient. Sound-proofing ensures perfect sleep and no disturbance from trains or traffic etc. The staff accepted early check-in at 2pm and were incredibly courteous, professional, English-speaking and kind. Really excellent.
Some large Japanese hotel chains are not entirely geared to the ”international market” and the attitude to non-Japanese guests can be less than ideal.
NOT CANDEO. The staff are comfortable with an international clientele, cheerful and welcoming. How wonderful!
The entire hotel is extremely clean and well-run. Everything says ”professional”. The flower arrangements on each floor are REAL. Flowers are extremely expensive in Japan.
The view from the reception area (Floor 11) is fantastic. The spa (Floor 12) is open air, with a great view and a magical feel.
I enjoyed my stay very much and I hope to return to Candeo soon.

We experienced a mild earthquake in early morning. There was announcement after the alarm to the hotel room after the shake. However, it was only in Japanese. It would be better if the announcement could be in English as well. Anyway, the reception took our call and explained the situation quickly.

From the moment we stepped into the elevator adorned with personalized name cards, my husband and I were enveloped in the warm embrace of hospitality. The attention to detail and the genuine kindness of the staff made us feel like VIP guests. They also thoughtfully provided a bucket for us to indulge in the glowing enchantment of firecrackers and even tidied the mess up afterwards.
But the best memory of our stay here was definitely the culinary experience given by the chef extraordinaire — Master Chef Matsuki. His creations were nothing short of a gastronomic revelation. Each dish was a testament to his unwavering dedication and profound respect for the ingredients. Oh, the flavors — titillating all our taste buds in every bite. And the generosity of Chef Matsuki in sharing his culinary wisdom, guiding us on how to savor each morsel, elevated the entire dining experience to sheer perfection.
The language barrier was no obstacle to the remarkable team of staff members who graced us with their presence. Their command of the English language was commendable, and even those who were not entirely fluent went above and beyond to cater to our every whim and need. Their genuine desire to assist us was palpable, leaving us feeling truly valued and cared for.
I am already making plans to return with my beloved family, as I know they too deserve to bask in the unparalleled warmth and luxury that this establishment exudes. This hotel has set the bar impossibly high, redefining the meaning of hospitality and creating memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.

HHeLocation is very good and near JR station.
Complimentary breakfast is a plus. However, there is no Onsen or public bath. Bathroom is rather small.

YYip Chung YuValue for money. For the price paid. Can't complain much as got free driving from Kada station to the hotel.
Cons is need to get the pic from train station to call as the number on the Google map and the banner can't go through.
Recommended to use the hotel transport as walking is too far.
Pros everything. There is a laundry coin as well which save our life alot as we travel 3 weeks to Japan. Do note the awajima shrine is just beside this hotel. Must visit and do see the sunset and sunrise.

RRomanIt is a good spot for a solo traveler. Capsules are clean. Towels are provided. There is a small tea and coffee area at the entrance. They also have Chinese-standard plug in the capsule which was handy. Also, I likes the smell of wood.
The worst part is that if you come before check-in, nobody is in there, meaning you will have to stroll around and wait for 16:00.

PPaddle UpstreamNothing impressive, small and dark. Okay for a single guy , not sure about ladies. Close to Wakayama-Shi station, so getting around is easy.
Rooms have no view, just looking at pipes dripping water. Room smells of smoke. Toilets are hard to get into as they are ‘caravan size’ toilets and showers. The bath tub is very high, not ideal for elderly folks as the showers are installed within. They do have a ioniser and demister in the room to get rid of bad air and foul smoke smell but not very effective. If you plan to spend most of the day out, it’s ideal.

PPengguna Tetamu旅館直對的景色算不少絕景，也算是極好的景觀了。
房間是標準的和式的榻榻米，不算大，但是足夠攤開行李和榻榻米睡覺了。
房間都是直面對面的漁港，天氣好的時候，能看到非常沒的日落，配上漁港鐘聲，非常漂亮。
晚飯早飯都是和式的，都很贊👍
交通不方便，衹有30路公交車能到，1小時才一班。從和歌山JR 車站打車過去差不多話費3800日幣。
周邊沒有什麼飯店和商店。
温泉也是直麪漁港的景色，晚上和早上，男女温泉會互換。私湯需要提早預約，現場很大概率會約滿了。
Free lounge 的松下按摩椅很贊，是國內沒有的型號，泡完温泉按摩一下很舒爽。

The room I stayed in was very large, with a large bed, clean, and well furnished with amenities. The room I stayed in definitely had a style or theme which made my stay more interesting.
I didn't need to interact with the staff very much, but they were friendly and helpful.
I would recommend this hotel to others and would consider staying here again on my next trip.
