Stayed at the North Raleigh Hilton for one night. Check in went very smoothly. I questioned the desk clerk regarding the complimentary breakfast that I would be receiving and she explained that even though I made a reservation on the Hilton website, the complimentary breakfast does not show up on their internal system. The room was very clean. My dissatisfaction had to do with the quality of the bedding. It was UNCOMFORTABLY too soft. Sadly, I was unable to get any sleep whatsoever due to the bedding. In addition, the pillows were feathery and provided no support whatsoever. Outside of the aforementioned, the hotel has adequate parking and adequate conference facilities.

Surprisingly clean and quiet considering the location. my friends came in town for a concert so it was good for one night. The guy at check in was rude and looked homeless but the room was clean and smelled nice, we were only there for a few hours anyway

From the moment I walked in the door I was impressed with this hotel. As a professional in the customer service field I have a unique perspective in my evaluations. The front desk personnel were personable and efficient. Lobby was beautiful, rooms were impeccable, beautiful and well maintained. When I checked out I left a bag, as I live 4 hours away I couldn't just pick it up. I was arranging UPS to pick it up but nothing went right but the staff was patient and worked with me till everything worked out. Grateful is an understatement. Would strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable and stress free stay.

Edie (the GM) was very accommodating and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Robin in the WXYZ bar was enjoyable conversation when having a drink in the bar. The hotel is fairly new and up-to-date! Across the street from the NC State Bell Tower and university in a VERY safe area.

Sitting in the hotel as I write this. Wifi did not work in the room. I notified the front desk last night that, as soon as I entered my room, it stopped working. The only option the front desk could offer me was to call tech support, which is not fair to the employee or the guest. It is 2023, Hilton…DO BETTER. There is no menu of any kind on the site for this hotel or any other under the Hilton umbrella, which makes it very difficult to plan for what I can eat. (I am on a restricted diet that, in part, prevents me from consuming dairy.) For lactose-intolerant guests, this presents a challenge as traveling with nondairy milk is not always a practical option. Why is there no soy, oat, etc., option available like every other place that serves breakfast? Further, where are healthier options like whole grain bagels/bread? You are a multi-billion-dollar company and offering a menu online as well as whole grain and nondairy options are not outlandish or exorbitant requests in 2023. In fact, they should not even have to be brought up—ESPECIALLY when breakfast is included (yet many guests are excluded). Finally, plastic cups at breakfast? Seriously?! I am not even going to say anything more about this. Stop worrying about executive salaries over the basic comforts of your guests. It is a true shame that your oversights clouded over what might have otherwise been a pleasant experience given the friendly staff.

RRae FrykbergWe arrived around 2:30 ish pm and needed to get to our room, order LYFT and go to a meeting scheduled for 5:00 pm. The desk person said check in time is 4:00 but would ck to see if a room had been cleaned and ready for occupancy. He verified one was ready and allowed us to go to that room. We were appreciative of the cleaning staff and the desk person.
All the hotel employees were friendly and courteous. The desk personnel even helped me with getting a Lyft app set up on my phone. The breakfast buffet was really good and extensive. There was always a line to cook waffles which caused a back up and slow moving line. Maybe have more waffle irons available. I wanted to order food from a nearby Panera Bread but the desk personnel called and/or looked up on line to find it had closed. She suggested if I placed an order thru the Panera Bread app, the person who drives the shuttle could take me to a different Panera Bread a little further away to pick up the food. I accepted her offer, bought the driver a snack and gave her a tip. I was able to have a wonderful mid afternoon meal.
The beds were very comfortable. I like the bathroom door with ”cloudy” glass which allows light in for use of the bathroom overnight. I like the use of attached to the wall containers of bath soap, etc. which definitely cuts down on use of smaller containers partially used and thrown away.
One important thing we suggest is the street sign for Arrow Street be much larger. Not being locals, the area was unfamiliar with us, there is heavy traffic and the Arrow Street sign is very hard to see.
Otherwise, we were very happy staying in this hotel.

JJessiWe booked a room for 2 adults and 1 infant. Our room was nice and spacious with a king sized bed and a chaise lounge sofa -that also was a fold out bed. The room was even large enough for us to comfortably open a Pack-n-Play and still have plenty of room to function. It fit perfectly beside the bed and did not block the sofa so that it could still be used. The room also had two dressers, a tv, a desk with chair, two night stands, a mini fridge, coffee maker, closet with safe and a bathroom with a glass door shower (no tub). This hotel is pet friendly too, so I noticed some claw marks/scratches on the back of our door -but it wasn't very noticeable. The hotel also has a fitness/gym room and a pool. There is a sign in the bathroom that states in order to save on water/energy waste they will change out towels and sheets every three days, but if you’d prefer everyday then just let the front staff know. We stayed for 5 nights and our linens never got changed out, nor did the trash. (Not a dealbreaker for me, as I like my privacy and knew no one had been in our room.)
The staff was really nice and greeted us each morning as we went for our outings. They even offered to take photos for us so we can show our little one when he’s older.
Overall, our stay was lovely. Would definitely book this hotel again when visiting Raleigh.

PPengguna TetamuEverything was great until...... My wife and I checked in Thursday for 3 nights. Upon check in, we were taken care of by Maria. Very sweet, attentive and had us on our way in no time. Thursday night was fine. Got up and went about our business Friday morning. Came back to the hotel Friday evening, head to the room and fell asleep quick. Then came Saturday morning. My wife is disabled, and we were on the 5th floor. We got to the elevator and waited about 4 or 5 minutes, and nothing happened. I called the front desk from my personal phone (the phone in our room wasn't hooked up) Was unfortunate to get a front desk person by the name of Kwamel. Very unprofessional individual. I asked if there was a problem with the elevators. He said yes, there were not working. I asked him how we were supposed to get downstairs. He directed me to where the stairs were. I advised him that my wife is disabled and not able to walk down 5 flights of stairs. In his own charming way, he had no other answer for me. I hung up and had to help my disabled wife down 5 flights of stairs with her walker and our cooler for the day. Took us about 25 minutes to get to the bottom as my wife had to take one step at a time holding on the guard rail with both hands. I had to stand under her so she wouldn't slip and fall. When I got to the front desk, I inquired how long they would be out. My wife and I were going to be at a convention all day but obviously needed them working before we got back later that night. Mr. Personality had no idea. I inquired what we were supposed to do if we get back and they are still not working as there was NO WAY my wife could WALK up 5 flights. He was very unsympathetic and showed no compassion whatsoever. There was another rep behind the desk. She kept quiet for a while which was probably better for her. She finally asked me to come to her. She looked in her computer and long story short, if they were not fixed by the time we got back we had a room on the 1st floor waiting for us. I would just need to clear everything out of our current room which of course I would. That reps name was Karen. She was very nice, polite and showed an interest in helping us. Kwamel showed NO SIGNS to help. He just stood there with his shirt untucked and looked like it had been slept in. Instead of being part of the solution he kept telling me no. Wonder if he would have felt the same way if it was his mom or his grandma that was disabled and had to walk down 5 flights of stairs. I called Karen later in the day and was told they got 1 side working but the other wouldn't be looked at until Tuesday (holiday weekend) I am very surprised they wouldn't have someone on call 24 hours a day in case something like this happens. Doesn't say much about how much they care about their guests. Got back to the hotel at around 8PM. We were greeted by Daniel. We told him what took place that morning. He was VERY apologetic and showed much sympathy. Kwamel should really take some notes from

CChaLoveI enjoyed the pool and the A/C was very good in the room. I had a balcony that overlooked the road and shopping center. Balcony king room looks exactly as advertised. The room was quiet and the sheets and towels were clean. Appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The ceiling had an uneven plastering done, but it did not affect my stay. The balcony has a simple two chair and table set, nice to have a drink on during a warm night. However, there is not a great view as this hotel is right off the road toward the city. Breakfast ends at 9 am, I wish they would change it to 10. I did not bother to wake for breakfast the next morning so I don’t really know what they had except yogurt, coffee, and a pancake making machine. Overall was a great stay and the staff is kind.

PPengguna TetamuI must say this place is amazing. The staff here is second to none. Convenient location. I highly recommend this motel to anyone. Prices right and huge rooms. I mean huge. A separate living type area separated from the bed room area. Thank you once again for a great stay. We have used this motel about 50 times in past year and half. Very convenient also to Duke medical center and university.

DDanielle Nikkole AndrewsWhen I got there, the front desk attendant told me that the room that I booked they didn’t have those types of rooms in their hotel. So I had to take two double twin bed rooms. Which was fine. Breakfast not great, only muffins, yogurts, and cheese & egg biscuits. They were short staffed so housingkeeping was not great. When I went both I found beer bottles and dirty towels behind things. When I checked out I told them that all that that we help tidy up things. Hotel was ok. Beds was comfortable. Great customer service and hope they find help soon.

PPengguna TetamuThis has definitely been one of our best hotel experiences so far. Amazing staff! They are always watching out for their guests. My friends and I felt like we were at home. The attendant in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. She made sure we didn't miss out on any items. The breakfast had more items than we expected like fresh hot waffles, sausage biscuits, egg & cheese biscuits, scrambled eggs and fresh fruit. They offer Grits, different cereals, oatmeal with different toppings, and other basic items such as bagels and cream cheese, different types of muffins, different flavors of Greek yogurt (especially my favorite strawberry flavor), juices, fresh hot coffee, tea, etc. in addition to the hot breakfast items. My friends loved this place as they liked playing the shuffleboard and pool table while enjoying the adult beverage(s) they bought from the Marketplace at this hotel. Some great beer and wine. They even got into the pool and relaxed in the spa the day before we checked out. We will definitely be coming back!

SShelby HankinsOur room was VERY clean upon entry and the front desk staff was pleasant. It is a red roof so as far as I know that brand does not offer breakfast normally but they do have coffee in the mornings at this location. I also liked that I was able to open our window to let in some fresh air. A lot of hotels you aren't able to open the windows at all since they are permanently installed.
