周辺のホテルが満室だったので利用。稚内のホテルは1人旅には不向きなホテルが多い中、手ごろな値段で泊まれるホテルがあって助かった。2020年6月オープンということもあり、ゲストハウスは新しく、設備も充実していた。また、気さくなオーナーとの会話も弾み、楽しい滞在となった。

設施：優點：房間大，能夠打開兩個28寸旅行箱；房間窗户可以打開，外面綠樹成蔭，空氣清新。缺點：衞生間馬桶不能通電所以沒有清洗裝置。床偏軟。
衞生：好👍日本一貫的標準。
環境：距離JR稚內站、巴士總站十多分鐘路程，如果導航可能出現喜登酒店名字，其實就是KITO酒店，因為酒店牆上這兩個名字都有。周邊有羅森、卸殼業務等便利超市；步行七八分鐘有家烤肉還不錯。
服務：前台女員工很熱情周到，看到下雨主動拿來雨傘詢問我們是否需要。
酒店在旅行途中臨時中轉一下還是不錯的。

Came to the island to hike Mt. Rishiri, stayed at this hotel. Staff very helpful and courteous, They provided a ride to trailhead at 5AM and prepared breakfast for me to take along on the hike. Also fluent in English. Great traditional Japanese breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, but if you need your bacon-and-eggs or burger, I would ask before booking whether they can accommodate you. Many restaurants were closed when I visited in July 2020, possibly due to the pandemic, so eating at the hotel was almost the only option, and that was fine. Hotel is in walking distance from ferry terminal, car rental, scooter rental, and they have decent bicycles at the hotel, although limited in size, so if you are tall, I would not plan to cycle the 60 km around the island, it may get uncomfortable. Also within walking distance (3.5 km) from Mt Rishiri trailhead. The hills around the hotel, overlooking the see are hike-able to their summits and offer great views within a few minutes' walk. Overall a pleasant stay, I'm happy I booked this hotel.

The room size is decent with separate bed. This makes it great for couples and mini group of friends.
The breakfast and dinner provided are slightly above average but overall, filling and comfy.
The reception is extremely great, providing trips to your travelling plans, from ferrying to the terminal and even base of Mount Rishiri for hiking in my experience.
Overall, would like to come here again should the chance provides itself to revisit Rishiri Island.
PS: They have onsen(500 yen, less than 10minutes walk) and free bicycle for small travelling distance too!

日帰り入浴で利用。お湯は茶色、塩素のような臭いがしたが、茶色のモール温泉のようなお湯で、いい温泉だった。男湯と女湯は浴室が交代するようだが、自分が入った浴室の浴槽からは利尻富士も見えて風光明媚だった。ジャグジー・ジェットバス等はないが、湯温別の浴槽や薬湯と露天風呂等があった。なお、貴重品ロッカーはフロントの横にしかなく、2階にある浴室フロアに上がってしまうと、貴重品を入れられるところや鍵付きにロッカーはなかった。洗い場の数は比較的多く、備え付けのシャンプー、ボディーシャンプーのボトルがあった。

PPengguna TetamuWe had a great experience. Even though the website and the confirmation email said kids are not allowed, our family of three (9 year old kid) was welcomed heartily. The kid was even given a kid size slipper and other goodies. The on-site Onsen was excellent. Rooms were nice and clean with great view. Hotel staff were kind, professional and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Wakkanai!

PPengguna TetamuSpent two days at the Surfeel Hotel, Wakkanai in early February 23. It is a short walk from Wakkanai rail station and well placed to reach most of the town easily on foot. Well I say easily, the snow was incredibly high in the streets and sidewalks so obviously the right clothing and footwear is essential! We had a lovely room overlooking the sea with a big picture window. We could spend hours watching the changing conditions which moved through heavy snow to sunshine back to snow in minutes throughout most of our stay. The old infrastructure from submarine pens has now gone but the covered archway stretches out to form one side of the harbour just beyond the hotel. We ate out in town both nights we were in Wakkanai - not a reflection on the hotel offering but just part of our normal routine to explore and experience other things. We did try and get a drink one night in the rooftop bar but found it closed for the season. We managed to get a couple of beers in the restaurant on the ground floor but they kicked us out at 9pm as they were closing! That said staff throughout the hotel were charming and helpful as ever. Breakfast was pretty good. The offering was dominated by Japanese specialities as you would more than expect with limited western alternatives but the croissant, coffee and eggs were all good. We tried a variety of Japanese dishes and they were pretty good as well. The temperature in the restaurant was about 30C and just felt unhealthy. We were the only people in there but the Japanese obsession with anti-COVID measures is very tiresome and masks were required as were gloves whilst getting your food on a tray from the buffet. At least we didn’t have a pathetic little plastic screen placed between us like we did at our hotel in Sapporo! We knew the Japanese would be masked up - they often were even before COVID - but come on, time and life have moved on! All-in-all a very good hotel and option for stay in Wakkanai especially with a sea-view room on a higher floor. Well done Surfeel Hotel and thank you.

PPengguna Tetamu2023/6/5宿泊 1週間の北海道旅行。稚内でゲストハウスモシリパに宿泊。初めてゲストハウスを利用。部屋・トイレもきれいです。今回はシャワールームは利用しませんでしたが、おそらくトイレ同様に掃除が行き届いているのではと思っています。共有スペースも自由に使用できます。朝は無料コーヒーが飲め居心地が良く宿泊ができます。お互いに他の宿泊者に迷惑をかけないようにという配慮を感じ、いい一日がすごせました。布団も衛生的でしたね。バイクで旅行中の方が多く宿泊されていましたが、車の人も駐車スペースがあり安心です。おすすめの宿泊施設です。

SShanyu旅店位置稍微有點遠，再去宗谷岬方向的公路上，大概一半多距離，離JR站18km，站前有大巴可以到，注意一天衹有4班，比較適合自駕的旅客。酒店設施雖然一般但是店主很用心的經營，衞生很好，服務熱情，有事可以幫忙，因為趕上馬拉松道路管理沒有bus，老闆娘聽聞馬上開車送我們去市裡，非常感謝！老闆娘貌似以前是雪橇犬比賽運動員，非常幹練和熱情。總結，性價比很高的個性旅店。

PPengguna Tetamu昔ながらの旅館という感じですが、部屋やトイレ、お風呂はリフォームしてある様で綺麗で使い勝手も良いです。特にお風呂は24時間入れて湯船も広い。ただ、ひとりずつ鍵をかけて入るのでタイミング見て入らないといけません。夕食はお手軽コースにしましたが、十分です。普通の女性は食べきれないかも。これに蟹とかタコしゃぶがついても体育会系の若者でないと多分食べきれないと思います。ご飯も美味しい。冷酒は稚内限定の男山。これが水みたいにスイスイ飲めます。部屋にはエアコン入りませんが夜は気温下がるので十分寝ることができます。駐車場は屋根が無いので雨の日のバイクはきついかも

Il y a un Onsen à la disposition des clients de 5h du matin à 23h30 afin de vous calmer et de vous ressourcer ! La chambre style japonais est spacieuse et très agréable à vivre. Une belle étape !

PPengguna Tetamu設施：唯一遺憾的地方。和室雙人間預留打開行李箱的地方非常小，單人住還可行。浴室龍頭沒有混水閥，水量不錯。馬桶沒有清洗裝置。
衞生：非常好
環境：非常好，酒店面對大海，看日出完美。距離稚內JR站步行十分鐘之內，距離巴士終點站同樣的距離。
服務：好，每天打掃；前台阿姨很客氣。
