Very big rooms, with all the amenities, very comfortable bed. Everything perfect!! Totally recommended. The restaurant was amazing, very friendly staff and the cuisine was exquisite. I will return for sure

Nice hotel in a quiet area, booking in was difficult as the Hotels. com ref number was wrong but luckily was able to find someone to help.
Would definitely stay again.

I was surprised by the fact that on arrival there was no reception area and check in had to be virtual.
The process did not work well, given that after check in I did not a get the key to the room that I had been assigned! I had to call their main number three times to get someone from the restaurant to give me the key.
Later in the room, the light as well as the safe was not working£ had to call the main number again.
Finally, at 7.20 am the next morning, building works started with a loud sound of drilling!

My family and I stayed at Reloc when we moved to Switzerland in Aug 21. The first good thing about the reloc apar**ents is the location, which is central Oerlikon - irrespective of where you are from, you will find a community to interact with. And, so many parks around you, that kids would have no problem adjusting. The Studio itself was functional and handy, liked the setup, wifi and the well-spaced Balcony. A couple of things Reloc should improve on: provide bigger dishwashers, fix the vents in the bathroom (being a non-smoker and having to passive-smoke through my stay was frustrating), and use glass cases for showers (please, NO ridiculous curtains!).

This hotel has all the amenities you can imagine , the problem is that you can see that the people operating it have no drive or vision . My room had a chargers and cables everywhere and looked messy and crowded. Surely not intended but nevertheless a distractor !

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet mit Allem was man braucht. Das Personal im Restaurant Sign ist sehr freundlich und aufgestellt und das Essen war ein Traum. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt
