Hotel berhampiran Walthamstow Central Station, Waltham Forest

Liked · The room and bathroom was clean. The owner was initially friendly - I asked about check out time, she said not to worry - whenever I was ready, which was a lovely response. Parking was easy. The bathroom was well presented. Disliked · The shower was scalding - when I told the owner she said 'many people' had complained, but the fault was with me (and the previous people) because we didn't use the dial. I did use the dial and it was scalding. Given that many people have complained, clearly the issue is the shower and not 'many people'. She later said this was 2 people. The owner was hostile at my complaint, which really is not unreasonable. The room is shabby (see pictures). The curtains don't fit, aren't hung properly (see pictures). The furniture is sp**** and shabby (see pictures). Windows frame appears to have melted. Holes in the curtains (see pictures). The bed is squeaky as soon as it is touched. The owner, when I complained about the shower, said she isn't a 5 star hotel, she is a 0 star hotel. This really isn't good enough. The basics I expect is a bed which doesn't squeak and a shower which is usable.

It is a located in Westfield shopping mall. Easy access to shops and public transports. It was final stop of Jubilee line which is main Underground line, so it was a very easy to travel landmarks by one metro line for first time travellers. Hotel was very cleand and safe, Also not a noisy.

Just Not For Me As I Love My Spaces , single rooms boxed like a cell room if that although I was able to eat my hot soup in peace using flask

This is a basic hotel for a short term booking. If all you need is a good place to sleep and no luxuries in the east of London, then this could be the place for you. The bed was ok and the facilities too. Nothing fancy but functional. The service from staff was ok and I wouldn't criticize that at all. I am happy to return to this Hotel at some other point.

A bit out of the centre, fine for a short trip, friendly staff.

L'idea è ottima, la hall è deliziosa e il personale molto gentile. Ho alloggiato nella stanza al piano terra, uno stanzone da 16 letti senza una finestra per il cambio d'aria. Probabilmente le stanze al piano di sopra hanno meno letti, e una finestra apribile, e immagino sia tutto un'altra cosa.... l'odore nella nostra era una cosa insopportabile. I bagni del nostro piano erano piuttosto scomodi e piccoli, ma ne abbiamo trovati al piano terra con anche phon in dotazione. Mi dispiace non poter dare un giudizio migliore perchè l'idea è ottima, ma la camera era infernale

Yesterday I stayed here with my family, and the light went off. I had to come out of the shower with shampoo on, and the reception guy, who didn't know how to solve the problem, wasn't even sure about the key to the electrical room!👎
