地理位置一般，衞生狀況還可以。我們是在那邊辦事所以選擇。如果是旅行就比較麻煩，因為打車到市區要三十美金，到哈佛大學也要三十美金。房間沒有拖鞋和洗漱用具，美國的酒店都沒有，很奇怪。早餐以冷餐為主，把它當成快捷酒店去住就好，不要想的和國內的希爾頓比，會失望，

Kudos to Sam, the desk manager. I arrived very late that evening and he found all the options available for a late dinner, when all the restaurants are usually closed. He has been a tremendous support: his attention to me definitely reinforced the image I could have of the hotel and the Best Western brand. By the way the swimming pool and the pancake machine are pretty cool.

Hotel was so clean and the rooms were great with comfy beds. The breakfast was also perfect for a hotel serve yourself

There is great room for improvement at this property, especially in the area of courtesy/service. The room is fine, but what everyone should know is this Residence Inn is shared in the same building as Fairfield Inn. The rooms in both hotels are identical, however, the RI rates are about $30 more.All services are shared, ie, gym, breakfast, etc. As Gold Elite members I was charged for a bottle of water upon check in. What's the most bothersome, however, is they are still trying to live as if we are in a permanent pandemic in that no rooms are cleaned unless one is staying 4 nights. However, there is a sign on the TV - ”Housekeeping will only be provided at your request. If you would like to schedule a service, please let us know”. So, with that, I let them know. I was told by Elmer (very rudely) that they only service every 4 days. After my insistence that we just want the bed made and towels left, the service was done. The next morning, I asked for the exact same thing - just a made bed and new towels. He was extremely rude, told me I already had service and that they would not do it. I showed him the sign on the TV which I had a photo of. He basically turned his back on me and said it wasn't happening. I was not asking for anything unusual in a hotel. Daily maid service, and with the sign they put out, I just needed to ”request service”. The night we returned to an unmade room, I spoke to the woman who works at the front desk in the evening. She too, agreed with me, that the hotel should now be offering daily service. I sent an email to the general manager, Mr. Santos, more because I was more concerned about Elmer's rudeness, but also to inquire as to why a sign was up telling guests to just request service and why that service request was completely ignore. I will not return to this hotel, and would not recommend it at all. This is a business/industrial area, and there are plenty of other choices in the area.

Spacious room and friendly services, bathroom shower gel, shampoo and conditioner good quality. Breakfast is fine but not many varieties.

非常滿意，房間很大，廚房，客廳與卧室之間有門分離。像一居室的房子，廚房設施齊備，早餐好吃，服務人員都很盡職。 酒店位於一個園區內，附近酒店林立，比鄰很多高科技公司。 超市中，market basket離得最近，最好逛。幾公裡外有trade Joe和cvs，也有Costco的會員店。 非常安靜，和波士頓的氣質很相似。很願意再次入住。 衞生好，度過了非常愉快的時光。

Although the room seemed a bit outdated, it was VERY clean. The additional amenities such as coffee and tv access were a plus. My favorite was the sleep well lavender oil, which also came in handy after the trip was over and I was back home. My only big complaint is the parking. You have to use the parking garage which is on the same property and somewhat close, but when it’s less than 20 degrees outside and you have children and luggage to carry it becomes troublesome. Id suggest some kind of heating hallway or tunnel to connect the two.

位於一個交通非常方便的小鎮上，離波士頓市區不遠，非常安靜愜意，旁邊靜靜的河流上有人划船。停車免費而且很方便，車位很多。我們到得晚了，前台已經下班，但非常貼心地留了電話，打過去非常仔細地交代了一切注意事項，順利拿到鑰匙入住。後面的兩天裏也沒看見人，但無聲的服務一直都在，房間裏有一張手繪的地圖告訴你去哪裡吃飯、買東西……房間之大超乎想象，小廚房、大冰箱，廚具餐具應有盡有，自己做早餐吃真的很不錯！傢俱設施有點懷舊，整體酒店的氛圍就是比較温馨比較鄉村的那種。慢旅行的首選，值得推薦！

We stayed at this property when it opened a few years ago and it was great. In a short time it has gone down hill. Common areas are dirty and it lacks for amenities. Breakfast was worse than a cheap motel. Definitely not up to Marriott standards. The pool was completely closed (drained, no water) which we wish we had known beforehand as our kids were hoping to swim. The highway is very loud even for a deep sleeper. Charged $6 night for parking which seems absurd given that no one would park there unless they’re staying at the property. Pros: great location for easy highway access. Beds are comfortable. Mini fridge in room.

It’s been awhile since my family and I have stayed at this hotel, and I have to say everything from the service to the cleanliness was amazing. The staff during the day were courteous, and the manger Mariano who helped us check in was polite and extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as we also had to extend our stay he was able to help us with that. Thank you for a comfortable stay!
