Good location. Lots of free parking just opposite the street. If you can download their app, check-in is very easy.

The room have a nice lake view and comfy. There is a common kitchen for cooking purpose and lounge to rest. The only small comment is that there is no free luggage storage.

Location, cleaness, kind staff.. everything was good It would be much better if the towel provided free of charge!

The room was cozy and stylish, with everything I needed for a relaxing short stay.

Not super close to the Richies/Intercity bus stop, but still within a 10-min walk. Room is a bit small, and the curtain on the bed had a stain. On the bright side, the public area facilities are great, the kitchen is big and well equipped. There’s also a supermarket nearby, which is probably the main convenience. For first-timers at Haka House, just a heads-up, the main door needs a password. If the receptionist doesn’t mention it, check your email or look around the wall for any info posted.

Best hostel of my kiwi trip! modern, central location and big common spaces. only minor is the room size which are quite small but for the rest great value for money

Cleanliness is not the best compared to other Haka House, but location is pretty convenient in Wanaka. Still reasonable for a night or two.

Location couldn’t be much better. Very comfortable beds, decent showers and laundry area. The outside terrace space is stunning. Didn’t use the kitchen but looks huge.

Great location and service. Every bed has a curtain, a light and a shelf to put little things. There was wind from nowhere blowing in the room and making it very cold to sleep even though the window was closed.

Like all Haka Houses it was lovely, the staff were great and the bed was comfortable!

The bedrooms & kitchen facilities are comfortable & convenient. There is room for improvement for bathroom to have hanger / place to put clothings.

We love the location , only 3 minutes walk to the supermarket. Cooking appliances are more than enough for many users. We booked room for 3 and has own bathroom.The Bunk bed is comfortable,I love the upper bed that has a height ceiling where you can sit with out knocking and the bed curtain is noise proved.

Water pressure of the shower was a bit weak and service staff was not very attentive.
