This is a truly wonderful place to stay. What makes it so fabulous are the staff! Every single staff member made us feel so special as their guest. The Thai people in general are very warm and friendly, but the staff here are exceptional. We stayed for 5 nights. We were remembered every morning at breakfast, and were treated to some special Thai accompaniments that they wanted us to try and gave us as extras. The reception staff went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed, from ordering us taxis, recommending places to eat, helping us set up Apps on our phone to be able to order our own transport or food deliveries, and giving us safety tips for when we were out and about. We felt so comfortable during our stay because of the staff. In addition, the rooms were very comfortable, impeccably clean, air conditioned, and serviced daily. It is a lovely tranquil place to come back to each afternoon/evening, set amongst a small garden. While the website says there is an American restaurant, please note it is only open for breakfast. There are delicious eating options nearby, ranging from street food to restaurants. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again if back in the area.

Easy check in with friendly staff at reception, Grand old building. Room was tidy and beds comfortable,hot shower and bath. Very spacious, would stay again.

Deux nuits soit celles dès 22 et 23 janvier 2020. Nous avions réservé celle du 21 avec Booking mais nous avons du l'annuler car épouse était malade. Nous savions que l'annulation était non remboursable. Nous avons tout de même tenté notre chance de ne pas avoir à payer la nuit en écrivant à l'hôtel pour leur expliquer la raison pour laquelle nous ne pourrions pas nous présenter et nous avons aussi écrit à Booking. Nous avons été exemptés de tout frais et nous sommes reconnaissants à l'égard de cet établissement. Nous avons payé 600 baht la nuit avec petit déjeuner buffet inclus. L'accueil fut bien de la part de la jeune réceptionniste qui parlait un peu anglais mais très basique. L'attitude du jeune homme qui nous a amené à notre chambre a été médiocre. Il ne voulait rien savoir de nous et nous le démontrait clairement. On avait une entente pour avoir une chambre au deuxième étage et nous étions au premier dans une chambre qui ne nous convenait pas du tout. Il a dû retourner à la réception et est revenu avec une pire attitude. Nous avions la chambre B33 avec un frigo et un bon wifi. La chambre était belle au premier coup d'œil mais on y a découvert de la moisissure et des champignons au niveau de la salle de bain dans la partie douche et lavabo et dans celle du bol. Nous avions un grand balcon. La tranquillité était au rendez-vous et nous avons très bien dormi. Le petit déjeuner était service de 7h à 10h et était passable. Nous avons déjà vu mieux. Il manquait souvent de nourriture dans les plats. Nous avons dû faire des pieds et des mains pour obtenir deux serviettes hier soir à la piscine. Cette dernière était très propre et bien entretenue. Vous devrez prendre des taxis pour vous rendre partout car c'est très loin du centre-ville et des attractions. Le personnel est plutôt distant et non souriant dans son ensemble. My trip was so wonderful at here Eco Inn with very warm of service mind from F&B with really good breakfast Im here because wanted to eat “ก๋วยจั๊บอุบล” that make me so happy. Also we borrow 2 bicycle for sightseeing in the town about 11 kms far from hotel but suddenly we got unlikely situation because the tire bike was torn , without warmly helping from reception team we can’t go back to hotel safely, promtly help us by sending car’s manager to pick up us to hotel , then everyone come to us and ask with care. THANKS TO EVERYONE FROM ECO INN HOTEL 💖

สภาพห้องโอเคดูสะอาด ห้องน้ำมีแค่สบู่เหลวไม่มียาสระผม ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นน่าจะเป็นเพราะท่อน้ำเสีย แอร์เย็นสภาพห้องโอเคแต่เสียดาย ปลั๊กไฟเสียบปลั๊กไหนก็ไม่เข้า น่าจะใช้งานมานาน ห้อง a23 โดยรวมแล้วดีเจ้าของต้อนรับดีมาก

I stayed here for a week and had a great experience. Its a very comfortable place. The bed is very comfortable and the AC was great. The maids were super friendly and fun-loving and stocked me up everyday with fresh towels, toothbrushes, soap etc.. Everyone was friendly and hard-working. This hotel makes some of the best fried rice in Thailand. Forget your American breakfast and get the fried rice- you don't want to miss out on this!

Great Hotel. Great staff. Joy in reception was very friendly and efficient both during phone communication and at check in. She had a warm and friendly welcome and smile. This was also true of all the many young staff working at the hotel and coffee shop. The coffee shop and hotel decor was bright and tasteful. The room was clean and very comfortable. No issues with noise as Joy allocated our room facing the rear, so no issues with traffic noise, as mentioned in other reviews. A soft comfortable bed with wonderful pillows. A great first stay experience.

Large room, Good size bathroom both exceptionally clean. Good supply of water in fridge and coffee making facility in room. Bed firm Thai style but comfortable. Good location for local bars and restaurants. No breakfast but don't mind that. Very good value.
