Hotel Perniagaan di Warsaw

A M A Z I N G hotel !!!! Very clean, very beautiful. The entire staff of the hotel really helped us with everything we needed. One of the tastiest breakfasts I've had (and I travel a lot). I want to point out that the employee named Daniel really helped me and he is a champion! I recommend everyone who comes to Warsaw to stay at this hotel.

The staff were warm and friendly upon arrival. They thankfully informed me that there was a room available for me, even though I was very early for check-in. The room was light and spacious, and the bed and linen were adequate. The bathroom was also spacious, especially the shower, which had excellent water pressure. The view out was great, and the blinds and curtains allowed me to make the room dark or not

I stayed here for a few nights on a sightseeing trip and had a lovely stay. The location is convenient for getting around as there are tram and bus stops directly outside the hotel and also a metro station less than ten minutes away (Dworzec Gdanski). You can also walk to the Old town easily. To and from the airport I preferred taking a taxi though as there is no direct line. The breakfast had everything I expected; various breads, cereals and hot dishes such as scrambled egg and sausages and fruit. The staff are polite and welcoming. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable and the only noise I heard was from the odd siren outside during the night (I stayed in a room facing the busy street but was on the 5th floor so that helped). The rooms were very warm though and the air condition seemed to be set to heating only (maybe always at this time of year) so this was a little uncomfortable. The duvet was really thick as well so took a while to get used to. Other than that I think it's a great hotel for the price and location and would highly recommend it. The wifi was also superb, worked throughout the hotel and didn't cut out once.

The hotel is located right opposite to the Warsaw Central station, so it is very convenient for those who need to catch a train. Check-in was quick and the staff was polite. The fact that the hotel rooms are located on the higher floors of the building give customers an opportunity to look at Warsaw from a spectacular angle. The breakfast offers a decent variety of food and drinks. The room itself is of decent size but the interior is a bit aged and requires some new decorations and design. In light of the fact that there are several much newer 5-star hotels in downtown Warsaw, this hotel needs to seriously step up to keep itself competitive in the game.

Over the years I stayed several times at this hotel, although its location is not very convenient for a tourist in Warsaw or for people having business downtown. Nonetheless, in the past I choose often to stay here because, in my opinion, this was the hotel of the Hilton group providing the greatest comfort, luxury and good treatment in all Poland. I come back after two years of absence due to the pandemic, and I discover that it is no longer so. Let me anyway say that the hotel remains pleasant and comfortable as before, but its top-quality performances are over. The first reason of my present discontent is in the food, once a strong point of this hotel. Breakfast now appears sloppily conceived and prepared: I stayed at the hotel 7 days, and for 7 days I had to eat my omelette without any accompanying side dish because the baked potatoes, the stewed beans and the bacon were definitely undercooked, and I was forced to leave them on the plate, untouched. Then I turned my attention to the sweets, which were nicely represented by the Belgian waffles and the pancakes, but I had to renounce to both of them because they were offered either without any topping at all (like the Belgian waffles) or with totally inappropriate ones (enough to say that the main toppings made available for the pancakes were ketchup and mayonnaise !). The rest of the breakfast was reasonable, but nothing special. Anyway, based on the experience made with breakfast, I avoided having any other meals at the hotel, even if this involved taking a bus and going downtown, several kilometres away. Another reason of my dissatisfaction was the evident change in the way of relating to customers. Formerly, relations were warm and welcoming, as it is appropriate in a classy hotel, but this time all contacts were cold, detached and strictly functional, as if taking care of the customer was considered an annoyance to be disposed of as quickly as possible. Certainly I was served correctly, but during my 7-days stay I never got a smile, nor was I ever greeted with a welcoming ”hello, how are you to day ?”. Upon departure, no one took care of asking me the classic question ”was everything OK with your stay ?”, and, having transmitted in writing some comments to the management (including the praise for one member of the staff who still maintains a high-profile style in its relations with the customers) I did not get any reply from them. Simple lapses in style, of course; but these lapses normally occur in hotels with few stars. To complete the picture, I shall also mention that at check-in I had enormous difficulties in obtaining such a modest advantage as a room with external view, although I am a Diamond member of the Hilton Honors program. Lastly, I was really disappointed with the elimination of the ”executive lounge”. One of the reliable things in life is what you get from a chain hotel and this was everything you would expect from a very well located Novotel. Nothing remarkable but comfortable clean rooms and efficient service. As the location was so good we would stay again

The entire hotel had a great vibe, and is currently being modernized. Service was immaculate. The sleeping balm at the night desk was a nice touch to make the stay even more pleasant.

Hotel Super bien ubicado. Muy limpio. Lo único malo es el ruido de la calle. El hotel proporciona tapones para los oidos (te los encuentras en la habitación). Hay fuente de agua osmosis en cada planta para que puedas rellenar tu botella. El buffet del desayuno muy completo.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect! 1. Great location – close to the Palace of Culture and the airport. 2. Breakfast was excellent and diverse; everyone found something to enjoy. 3. Helpful staff – special thanks to Ms. Julia at the reception, who helped us find the perfect restaurant for our evening dinner and make a reservation there.
