Amazing hotel, one of the best views in Warsaw! Unfortunately it was very foggy and the palace of culture and science wasn’t visible through the room’s windows. I will vome again for sure the next time i’m in Warsaw!

The room has a sofa bed and is quite cramped. The kids received welcome gifts from the hotel, which was a nice touch. The location is excellent—there is a tram and bus station directly opposite the hotel, making it very convenient to travel anywhere.

I had a great stay here! I requested a high-floor room facing the central station where the Palace of Culture and Science is, and I got a lovely room! The view from my room was GORGEOUS. It was made even better because I could open the windows. The air-conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked, so I opened the windows for the natural air-conditioning at 10°C. The air-conditioning will auto-shut once you open the windows. For that, I would like to thank the staff who attended to my check-in and gave me this lovely room. The location is walkable, a straight walk from the central station. The tram to Stare Miasto stop (Castle Square) is just downstairs at the hotel. Nowy Swiat is within walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants and a few convenience stores around the hotel area. Zlote Tarasy (shopping mall) is where the central station is. Shops are closed on Sundays, though.

Ok hotel. Gym could be upgraded and increased in size. The view is great — but use earbuds for noice cancellation. I’d suggest a hotel to provide earbuds.

Right in the center of Warsaw. We were o. 23 floor, so you can see the whole city. It was a good stay.

Everything is perfect. Front desk were very kind and hospitality. Location is just right to reach everywhere either by public transportation or by foot~ airport/sightseeing/shopping/restaurant etc.

Really nicely located hotel with everything you need and a refined feel for a mid-range property. Very functional layout with a mini sofa even in the Standard Double Rooms, a restaurant and a lounge bar. Check in and out are smooth and speedy, and they can keep your luggage for you after check out in a locked baggage storage room. It's abt 12mins walk from the main station, and with main tram/bus lines that goes towards the old town and touristy areas.

I stayed at Novotel Warszawa Centrum and was pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully the room was arranged. Everything was placed in a way that made moving around easy and intuitive. The furniture and layout felt modern and practical — clearly designed with travelers’ needs in mind. The location is also great — close to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw!

I just had a great stay here! First off, the vibe of this hotel is perfect for families. But the real highlight was KAMU at the front desk. His service was absolutely fantastic. He not only suggested great places for me to get local food but also helped me arrange my airport transfer. He was incredibly helpful with every question and request I had. KAMU is truly one of the best hotel staff members I’ve met on my travels. Oh, and he even speaks Chinese! I really love this hotel. Highly recommended!

Everything is great! Close to the city center, welcoming and warm service, tidy environment, and delicious breakfast! You can also see the sky view of Warsaw.

The hotel has an excellent location, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety. We also received a free room upgrade, which was a very pleasant surprise. Overall, a great stay and definitely a place I would recommend.
