The hotel is located in the city centre with access to all transportation and shopping area. The room is spacious and free water bottles provided, like it a lot.

Location is prime. It’s very big hotel.

Good location, clean & comfy beds...but was cold & no drinking water was left for us in the room.. Communication is not good, sent email a week prior our stay but never got reply to my email .

It was a nice experience, excellent location, the room is good, the breakfast was varied and good.

We've stayed in this hotel a few times and will stay there again. Staff are friendly. And the location is great.

Very lovely stay and the staff were very accommodating. Lovely views from room as well. Massage in the Samui Spa was ok. The only thing we didn't like is the strong smell perfume around the hotel.

Best location in Warsaw. Good enough for short stays. Breakfast spread couldn't be better for the price.

One of the reliable things in life is what you get from a chain hotel and this was everything you would expect from a very well located Novotel. Nothing remarkable but comfortable clean rooms and efficient service. As the location was so good we would stay again

Way too much noise! Car or train or whatever Feeling like sleep on the street! Cannot fall asleep sleep at all ! What’s worse . In the morning . Someone working upstairs with Electric drill!!!!!! and poor service!
