Close to city centre, next to train and tram stations. good accessibility. Clean and tidy room, comfortable.

A simple place to stay. Conveniently located near to the uprising museum and walking distance to most of the main tourist spots. Affordable and clean enough.

A good place for stay but that goth receptionist wasn't friendly to me and sounded antagonistic. Breakfast is wonderful for one star. They could fix one elevator and remove plywood design (or whatever it names.) from a second. Please, clean tube in bathroom and put cap back because it felt and looked creepy, guys.

Only for 1 night. Too small room

When checking in, the two staff were not friendly despite me saying hi and smiling to them. However, Martin was really nice during check out that’s why I didn’t give too bad a score for service. There’s no kettle, no tissue and no drinking water provided nor any tea or coffee and there’s only two in one soap in the bathroom. There’s a weird smell from the bathroom and there’s only a shower curtain so water splashes all over (there’s no feet towel). The pillows on the bed are really lumpy and uncomfortable. Stool provided was crooked so I didn’t dare use it. Curtains cannot be closed fully so the sunlight can still shine in. Will not stay here the next time I visit.

The hotel is just next to a train station and one train station away from the West Station towards Center. So very conveniently located. The reception desk is staffed 24/7 and staff is friendly and helpful. The reception area has enough space for you to work on computers and charge electronic equipments while waiting. WiFi is good. The room is basic and clean. But it offers almost bare amenities (two towels, paper cups, and shower gel) as an hotel. No hair dryer. No tea bags. the only way to get hot water is to go back to ground floor reception area. That’s the main dislike I have.

I didn't recommend anyone to go to this hotel. It's very dirty, not cleaned and so tiny rooms and bathrooms and you should hold the shower handle to get a shower the worst hotel ever.

Everything was excellent. Clean room and bath. The only thing that may negatively affect the hotel room was a bit warm.

Very good place

The accommodation is small, but clean, in an excellent location for the price, and there is free parking just in front. Breakfast is typical, yet it's all we need. Noted! You should bring toiletries with you because they do not service them, although they do sell them over there.

Hotel was good but the receptionist didn’t let us cancel 2 days.
