Hotel is situated in business district within short 5-10 minutes ride from WAW airport ( 17 - 20 PLN for taxi ). Moderately priced. New building with kind of industrial design, everything inside fresh and stylish. Rooms are comfortable and have everything inside for any traveller. Very good restaurant on site, which is also providing good and tasty breakfast. Negative - nothing specifically to mention. Positive - food and general ambience. Overall - highly recommend.

The BW Hotel Portos is such an underrated hotel that offers extremely decent value in comparison to other hotels in Warsaw. The hotel is unfortunately a bit far away from the city center but it’s easy to get to anywhere with the public transit so I never felt like it was ever an issue. The rooms are a bit dated in some regards, but the overall cleanliness of the room was great during my stay. The only small nitpick I have is the lack of a small fridge/minibar.

Comfortable-ish, but will not return. This is a rental flat apartment complex near Wilanow. It’s far from the city center, can be done with public transportation (bus stop a few steps away) in ~ 40-60 minutes, or with a taxi in 15-30 minutes. There is a Zabka a few minutes walk away but nothing else nearby. On the plus, the surroundings are quiet. My flat (“premium”) was reasonably sized (not large), had a double bed, wardrobe, nice bath (with washing machine – think only the premium flats have these) and a kitchenette – double hob, sink, small fridge (no freezer…) and a microwave. No oven. Lighting was nice and bright, bit of a lack of natural light (inexplicably small and high window in kitchenette). Set out a bit like a studio flat. Enough storage space, wifi worked fine. The furnishings are mid-level Ikea quality, which is a shame – could be much nicer. Maintenance could be better – door lock was dodgy, curtains did not fully close. The real problem is no soundproofing. There was only a regular door separating my flat and the one next door – could hear their conversations as though they were in my flat. Noise travels easily from the flat above – an insomniac in the flat above decided to move all the furniture around at 11pm every night…. In fairness, the price was low so this does represent fair VFM. However, next time I’ll stick to the city center – with a hotel that has decent soundproofing. If you do go – get an upper-floor room.

10 minutes drive from the airport and equivalent of Euro 6 for a taxi. In business district but okay for one night hotel stay. Room comfortable and well appointed though no chair, good size for airport. Restaurant surprisingly really good. Frienff do Louis Tomlinson staff and good service

Four Points is a few minutes ride by the Tram from downtown Warsaw. It's quiet and clean. Breakfast is around 18.00 USD, but it's a buffet and quality meal as well. Room was clean amd well kept.

So hard to write a bad review during pandemics, when so many hotels and apartments are in difficult situation. However I feel obliged to warn other travellers. Let the great dissappointment that I experienced be a warning sign. I made the reservation in Platinum Residence Mokotow, for the night from 6.11.2020 to 7.11.2020. Reservation was confirmed and the payment on my credit card was blocked. When we arrived to the accommodation, the lady at the front desk required me to present physical credit card, that I did not have with me. I offered to make a contactless payment by telephone but it was refused. Cash payment was refused as well. There was not even the slightest effort or good will to try to resolve the problem. The only answer I heard from the reception personel (and later from the manager) was ”it is our rule, we can not check you in, it is our rule and it was clearly stated in the reservation”. Thus we were left with no option to check in (20:30 and it was raining outside, we were after more then 4 hours of driving). We left the accommodation and called the assistant at the portal that we made the reservation. He called the accommodation and latter informed me that they finally agreed to accept cash payment. Immediately we went to the Platinum Residence Mokotow but the reception was closed and there was no one present to check us in. As it was getting late, I had to book another place for that night where we managed to check in without any problems. It was possible to make a contactless payment by telephone. If you are looking for potential problems go to Platinum Apartments Mokotow. It is really hard to find such bad customer service and rude treatment in hospitality industry nowadays. If you want to sleep well at night go for other places. Fighting with your accommodation managers is the last thing one would like to do when travelling. By the way, it was not against their rules to charge my card for the accommodation service they did not provide.

Jedyny minus w moim przypadku to byla lokalizacja poniewaz taksowkarze niestety nie znali miejsca i ciezko bylo zamowic taksowke zeby dojechac na spotkanie biznesowe ktore odbylo sie w okolicach Palacu Kultury. Obsluga super mila i uczynna. Sam pokoj tez fajny. Jedyne zastrzezenie do sluzby sprzatajacej, w moim pokoju byl wszechobecny zapach tunczyka w szafkach w aneksie kuchennym. Zakaldam ze poprzedni lokatorzy jedli go nagimnnie wiec przydaloby sie ten odor usunac bo az nieprzyjemnie sie robilo jak sie otworzylo szafki.

Excellent location, and I personally got a room upgrade with a perfect view! The room wasn’t the cleanest, some stains on the chairs and so, but overall clean room that needed update. Shower and sink were quite bad as water came out very slowly and both needed update, but the hotel staff was very helpful and kind.
