The hotel is very comfortable, with good views and facilities. The location of the hotel is also very good. There are many large shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Opposite the Palace of Science and Culture, the scenery at night is first-class. It's a very good travel experience, basically I choose this hotel every time I'm in Warsaw. The service staff has a good attitude and smiles.

Lovely hotel , next to the train station , shopping centre , restaurants like location was great. Hotel itself was a great stayed on 32 floor , views were mind blowing , breakfast was ok for 22 pounds as there wasn’t much of a variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk guy who dealt with us was amazing gave us a very good room.

The hotel is luxurious, has a boutique feel and everything about the design and decor is 5 star+. However, our weekend family stay got off to a bad start when the reception didn’t have our reservation. There was no apology and almost an attitude by the unfriendly and arrogant young lady at reception of it being my fault. At breakfast the next day, the restaurant and the quality of the food was excellent but the staff were untrained, unfriendly and on occasion could not communicate in Polish or English. Food was removed from our table when we were half way through, nobody explained the concept, ie no buffet, which was great and what could have been a wonderful experience, was let down by the staff. They saved the best for last at checkout. I was asked if I had anything from the minibar. I replied to say that I had not but reminded the lady that we had drinks at the bar that should be added to our bill. I was then shocked to be told that I would now have to wait to checkout whilst a member of staff checked the minibar in my room. I felt like a criminal at a 1 star hotel in a mass tourist resort. Again, not what you expect from a 5 star boutique hotel paying USD 300 a night and having reminded them of my bar bill. One, more senior member of staff ultimately realized my frustration and took over the checkout process, although by this point, the damage was done. Really disappointing to see this beautiful and luxurious hotel ruined by staff with no training but most of all with such an arrogant attitude that it made the whole experience feel very uncomfortable. The doormen were however extremely polite and helpful. Not enjoying writing such a negative review, I truly hope managements take action as we have been staying and eating at hotels in the Likus chain for years and have always had an enjoyable experience until hotel Warszawa.

Excellent location, and I personally got a room upgrade with a perfect view! The room wasn’t the cleanest, some stains on the chairs and so, but overall clean room that needed update. Shower and sink were quite bad as water came out very slowly and both needed update, but the hotel staff was very helpful and kind.

I booked a night at H15 as a treat for my birthday and I couldn't recommend this place enough. The staff made me feel so special on my big day, I felt really welcomed and at home. The attention to details is uncanny. My room was absolutely stunning, the furniture and decor world class designer made. Beautiful city views at sunset too. This is the best present I could get for myself, feel totally spoiled at H15! I'd like to especially thank Mr Oscar for going out of his way to make my birthday stay better than I could have ever imagined. Lovely hotel, absolutely great staff. I'm on my way to breakfast now and I'm pretty sure it'll be out of this world too! :)

아침식사 훌륭합니다. 각종 야채, 빵, 소시지, 계란후라이, 스크램블, 감자, 요커트, 과일, 착즙 쥬스까지.... 객실 훌륭합니다. 깨끗하고, 공간도 넓고. 화장실도 최고. 가로 1미터가 넘는 일체형 세면대는 집에 갖다 놓고 싶었습니다. 게다가 화장실 온돌바닥은 우리나라에서도 경험한 적이 없는 듯. 침구류, 침대 좋습니다. 책상도 좋습니다. 다리미도 있습니다. 공짜 1.5리터 미네랄워터제공, 금고도 있습니다. 아~~~ 다만, 냉장고가 없네요. 위치 그런대로 적당히 걸을 만한 위치에 있습니다. 아주 근처는 아니지만, 주위에 적절한 식당 들이 있습니다. 1층 바도 좋습니다. 직원들 친절합니다. 원래 폴라드 분들이 한 친절합니다.

We stayed with family only for 1 one night prior to flight. Hotel is conveniently located in the center of Warsaw, 5-7 minutes work to famous landmark - Pałac Kultury i Nauki, also more or less same distance to main railway station and few big shopping centers. Old town is also easy 15-20 min by foot. Check-in was fact and efficient, as Platinum members we were upgraded to Suite - it was located on higher floor with nice view of Warsaw, did have spacious bedroom and big living room, 2 WCs and 1 full bathroom. Room also did have complimentary coffee/tea making facilities. Bed is just standard nothing really spectacular, pillows were quite average (they do not have natural down/feather pillows). As our flight was in the early morning we didn't try their breakfast, so can't comment, however we did have dinner in hotel's restaurant and it was very delicious. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, all public areas and also rooms were refurbished not so long time ago so look modern and nice. Overall very good hotel for short stay with excellent value for money ratio

At beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.

The most amazing hotel experience, after leaving a horrendous airbnb at 1am me and my boyfriend went to the Mecure to find a room. Leszek on the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful in finding an affordable room for us as we are only students. The best customer service I’ve ever received, he was sympathetic to the situation we were in and gave us the best deal possible. The room was lovely and the location is perfect. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Чистый и уютный номер,расположен в самом центре Варшавы в 3-х минутах ходьбы от станции метро,рядом с супермаркетами и торговым центром Золотые Террасы,реально 10-15 мин.легкой ходьбы до них. Лобби и коридоры здания великолепны,все в коврах,чистота и уют везде. Легкая и понятная инстукция по заселению,отличный персонал,вызвали нам такси в аэропорт ночью,и такси прибыло именно в то время на которое было вызвано. Рядом много кафе и ресторанчиков,отличный ресторан в 5 метрах от входа в здание,часто в нем обедали.

O hostel fica muito bem localizado, na parte central de Varsóvia, bem ao lado de uma avenida bem movimentada, a uns 10 minutos a pé da estação de trem. A entrada do hostel é numa ruazinha meio escondida (parece um estacionamento de um prédio). Se estiver animado, dá pra ir a pé até a parte histórica da cidade. Há uma cozinha pequena junto à recepção, onde há algumas mesas e cadeiras. Os atendentes da recepção foram muito amigáveis e solícitos. Há uma sala trancada para guardar a bagagem caso precise deixar o quarto antes da sua viagem, ou antes do horário de check-in. Os quartos ficam no segundo andar, por escadas. O quarto tem um bom tamanho, as janelas são amplas, com vista das árvores; há umas cadeiras no quarto. A cama era boa e as roupas de cama limpas. O banheiro compartilhado era no corredor, bem limpo, ducha boa, com algumas cabines (com lugar para pendurar suas coisas).
