We've booked the hotel on the way so it was a last minute decision but it was meant to be! First of all, the location is 10/10. Close to the PKiN, Chmielna, also Nowy Swiat and Uni. We weren't staying there for sightseeing so we didn't looked at the attractions but it's all walking distance. The stuff was super nice, roms are very clean. We didn't have breakfast there so can't make an opinion. They have an ironing room if you need, also a small gym room. Some of the amenities weren't available bc of covid but still great weekend experience. 100% recommend!

Overall was great! Although we requested a room change because they did some drilling work on the floor that we are staying and early in the morning you cannot rest because of the noise. We went down to the reception and requested to be transferred to a mire quiet room.

The most amazing hotel experience, after leaving a horrendous airbnb at 1am me and my boyfriend went to the Mecure to find a room. Leszek on the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful in finding an affordable room for us as we are only students. The best customer service I’ve ever received, he was sympathetic to the situation we were in and gave us the best deal possible. The room was lovely and the location is perfect. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Of the three hotels I stayed at during my 9 day stay in Poland, this was the best by far. The room was sizable with daily cleaning service and water. It even had a mini fridge to cool items. Spacious with decent furniture for relaxing, the air conditioning worked along with all basic facilities, including hot water for showering and shaving. The breakfast is outstanding with a wide range of choices, all well prepared. And even the coffee is decent. Service is very good. They give excellent advice for tourists. The only downside to the hotel I found was that they offer no laundry service. But this is a great hotel at a reasonable rate.

L'Hampton by Hilton Warsaw City Centre riesce a proporre prezzi contenuti senza rinunciare alla qualità, grazia alla sua appartenenza alla famiglia Hilton. Le camere sono identiche a quelle di tutti gli altri hotel a marchio Hampton, c'è tutto quello che serve anche se non spaziosissime e la pulizia è ai massimi livelli. La colazione è invece molto varia, e sicuramente sopra le media degli altri Hampton europei. Grazie alla tessera fedeltà Hilton Diamond mi è stata data una camera ai piani alti, con vista panoramica e un sempre gradito drink di benvenuto. Ottima la posizione, a pochi minuti dalla stazione centrale, e anche comodo da raggiungere con il treno proveniente dall'aeroporto. Il Palazzo della cultura e della scienza si raggiunge in una decina di minuti a piedi. A 50 metri dall'hotel passano anche diverse linee di tram che permettono di spostarsi agevolmente in città. I prezzi sono generalmente ben sotto i cento euro, che lo rendono una valida soluzione per un soggiorno economico in città.

I booked the brand-new Agora room, and it was amazing. The bed was the best I've ever slept in, the room was clean and tidy. The online check-in option is amazing, the receptionists are really kind and helpful. I stayed here for 2 nights, and I didn't have any problem with the traffic. Also, the hotel is located just the starting point of the huge skyscrapers. I can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Moreover, the dinner and breakfast were also really good, I think it worth the price of it.

Cleanliness and order every day, the presence of a hair dryer in the shower, comfortable and high-quality gel / shampoo in the shower and soap in the toilet, high-quality toilet paper. So hard to write a bad review during pandemics, when so many hotels and apartments are in difficult situation. However I feel obliged to warn other travellers. Let the great dissappointment that I experienced be a warning sign. I made the reservation in Platinum Residence Mokotow, for the night from 6.11.2020 to 7.11.2020. Reservation was confirmed and the payment on my credit card was blocked. When we arrived to the accommodation, the lady at the front desk required me to present physical credit card, that I did not have with me. I offered to make a contactless payment by telephone but it was refused. Cash payment was refused as well. There was not even the slightest effort or good will to try to resolve the problem. The only answer I heard from the reception personel (and later from the manager) was ”it is our rule, we can not check you in, it is our rule and it was clearly stated in the reservation”. Thus we were left with no option to check in (20:30 and it was raining outside, we were after more then 4 hours of driving). We left the accommodation and called the assistant at the portal that we made the reservation. He called the accommodation and latter informed me that they finally agreed to accept cash payment. Immediately we went to the Platinum Residence Mokotow but the reception was closed and there was no one present to check us in. As it was getting late, I had to book another place for that night where we managed to check in without any problems. It was possible to make a contactless payment by telephone. If you are looking for potential problems go to Platinum Apartments Mokotow. It is really hard to find such bad customer service and rude treatment in hospitality industry nowadays. If you want to sleep well at night go for other places. Fighting with your accommodation managers is the last thing one would like to do when travelling. By the way, it was not against their rules to charge my card for the accommodation service they did not provide.

Апарт отель Ноли находится в районе Мокотов, в 10 минутах ходьбы от ТРЦ Westfield и 15 минутах езды от аэропорта им. Шопена. Отель предлагает номера разной категории. Останавливался в одноместном номере без кондиционера (на улице было не жарко и такой вариант полностью устроил. Летом может быть жарковато). В целом все понравилось. Номер новый, хорошо оборудованный, но на кухне не хватало посуды и бумажных полотенец. Стиральные машины и сушки находятся в подвале. Иетрнете предоставляется на всей территории отеля бесплатно. Паркинг – за дополнительную плату. В отеле есть общая зона отдыха и проводятся разнообразные активности для жильцов. В целом все было хорошо. При нормальной цене – хороший вариант для ночлега в Варшаве.

Just outside Warsaw, but relatively well connected by train, is the HIR Jozefow; an idyll on the edge of extensive forests and a small tributary of the Vistula, the Swider. A relaxing stay is guaranteed simply because of this location. In addition, the house offers many recreational opportunities, from the spa area to the golf and tennis courts and bicycle rental to a ropes course for children, which offer new varieties every day. On arrival at HIE Jozefow a room upgrade and various nicely designed amenities were waiting for us. The view from the balcony glided over the abundant trees of the hotel property, the playgrounds and sports fields as well as the golf courses. The afternoon sun, when it seemed, heated us up strongly. The beds were of high quality and provided a restful sleep. If you wanted, you could choose from the richly filled (paid) minibar or help yourself to the other cold and hot drinks provided free of charge. In the bathroom, only the ancient shower curtain, which was to be replaced by a fixed shower enclosure, disturbed. Even showering in a bathtub is probably no longer quite up to date, but practicable for sporty condition. Culinary highlights of our stay were the visits to the restaurant Luna & Sol of the hotel. The new chef knew how to create an offer that goes far beyond the level of a usual Holiday Inn, especially in the evenings; and this at a reasonable price level. Whether you helped yourself to the extensive buffet or put together an à la carte menu yourself: local, fresh products, cleverly prepared, always contributed to a successful evening. Of the leisure facilities, we once again made intensive use of the spa area during our stay. The swimming pool and the two saunas promised a varied stay almost at any time. Unfortunately, the indoor pool has only five, quite uncomfortable, because much too hard loungers (without pads), which should be exchanged for those much more comfortable loungers from the relaxation area of the spa. We would like to take this opportunity to thank two people who made our stay extremely pleasant, on behalf of the many employees we met: On the one hand, the Front Office and Reservation Manager who always had an ear for our concerns; on the other hand, the General Manager did everything in his power, to give us a feeling of well-being during our days in ”his” house. Even in its 15th year of existence, the Holiday Inn Jozefow more than lives up to its reputation as a 4-star first-class hotel. The standards that the management practices in this house should give other hotels an example of how upscale hotels should and can function despite the current, worldwide difficulties.
