Amazing apartment with outside space, ideally situated, w/ easy access to all DC

Terrible The location was adequate, but the property needed some updates. The backyard had some critters that came out a night. The property owner said there would be no problem refunding me for the one night that I wasn't going to be there. Her reply was no problem, but she said she received an error when she tried the refund and would try again later. She also said that we hope that we don't need to contact Vrbo. I should have contacted them; I might have stood a better chance of getting my refund. I would not recommend this based on my experience do to the lack of concern about my refund. One unhappy disabled veteran on a limited income.

Excellent apartment in Mt. Pleasant This apartment is in an ideal location, on a quiet, tree-lined street, in an ideal neighborhood, just steps away from many restaurants, grocery stores, buses, and a short walk to the metro. It is quiet and very comfortable. The host is extremely responsive and quickly resolved an issue that came up. This was our second stay here and we highly recommend it to visitors to DC!

Fun little place in a vibrant neighborhood. We had a nice time and the location was convenient for us.
