This property seems ill prepared to receive guests. There is no clear area for arriving guests to park and unload their luggage. There is not easy access to the reception desk unless a receptionist is sitting there and notices you trying to get in. The parking arrangement allows you to park but when you come back home, you have to call for someone to come out and open the door for you. Very inconvenient and unsafe.
I had drop my wife off for her volunteer work and checked into the hotel room by myself. The room was generally clean, but the toilet paper had been dropped into some liquid that was brown that then dried, but the roll was left there for us, the next guest.
in addition, when we came back to our room after dinner, another guests luggage was in our room and their toothbrush and toiletries were set up next to ours. It was very unnerving, causing us to call our trip short, having not even spent one night. The staff, although sweet, we’re disorganized, and seem to be spread thin in their roles. Do not expect a smooth flow of hospitality from your stay.
