Good solid hotel just over the road from Union Train Station. Room was a fantastic size, clean but could be a little noisy at night from the traffic outside. The hotel does supply ear plugs but we didn’t need them. Would really recommend if you want to be around the Capital Hill area. Certainly would book again

The hotel is very close to Capitol Hill and Union Station. It is a new hotel. The lobby is magnificent. The price is less than 2,000 yuan (we booked it early), which is very cost-effective. It is the most cost-effective in the entire trip (four cities in the eastern United States + Niagara Falls). The room is clean and hygienic. It is worth staying!

The location of the hotel is very good, it is very convenient to walk to the Capitol and Union Station, and the room is not small. The buffet breakfast is also good, the variety is okay, American breakfast, 27 for adults and 13 for children. The hotel also sent a hot water bottle.

Super basic. Clean, which is most important to me, and the staff were all lovely. The beds are made with only a thin fleece blanket and a white flat sheet over that, which just wasn’t very comfortable. And the bathroom light is energy-saving (yay!) but turned off in the middle of my shower so I had to get out of the shower and go turn it back on (boo). I suppose worth it for the budget price and location.

Very new hotel. The hotel staff are not familiar with the service process. The hotel information on Ctrip is not accurate. Parking is $30 during the day and $68 overnight. How can hotel guests not stay overnight? Breakfast is not all-inclusive. Each person is given a $20 quota. More than that needs to be paid separately. However, after eating breakfast and checking out, breakfast was still charged separately. After some inquiries, the hotel staff did some research and explained that the breakfast bill was not credited until after the checkout, resulting in the breakfast quota for each person not being deducted. This process is really amazing. So far, I don’t know whether the overcharged fees have been refunded. The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from the National Gallery.

The hotel location is super, 5 minutes walk to Union Station and 10 minutes walk to the Capitol. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are very large, this time booked two types of twin and double beds, twin rooms are highly recommended, basically more than a queen. Size bed size. The hotel design is neo-classical. The beds were messy and the cleaning was clean.
Stayed one night and received a $ 50 deposit, which is said to be refunded within 3-7 working days.
There is a lot of food and shopping when walking to Union Station.

Love the location, the spacious room, the decor, the food (roasted brussel sprouts with vinegar!) and the people!!!
Special shout out to front desk staff Ralf (i hope i get the spelling right) and Bret Hart for their excellent customer service.
The charm of this renovated boutique hotel just steps off of DuPont Circle is only outmatched by the level of friends and customer service provided by the staff. You cannot ask for a more convenient location. There’s the DuPont Metro stop steps away, but we find many attractions are within a 30 minute walk. The rooms are well appointed with up-to-date furnishings and design, and glorious mattresses. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The free cocktail at 5pm isn’t bad either
The room is very large, the toilet is also large, and the interior is very designed
But the service is very average. You have to go downstairs to get water yourself. There is no water delivery service.
The location is not as convenient as near the museum area, but it is very clean and safe. It is next to the embassies of Serbia and Kazakhstan.

The facilities are old and the ice machines and vending machines are broken. The environment is very good and the transportation is convenient. The staff has a good sense of service, but the staffing is insufficient. Breakfast is an a la carte system, and it took nearly 50 minutes for the food to be served.
