I had a great experience during my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What stood out most was the professionalism of the staff, especially Kingsley at the front desk. He was courteous, efficient, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and friendly demeanor. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

這家酒店一言難盡，因為是臨時晚上訂的，直接到前台説沒有房間，但我在攜程上訂到了，房間WiFi要收費，前台找了半天，服務非常不好，在攜程上已經全額付款,3天還收了750刀的預授權，我同時又定了一間，前台一直説滿房，後來到夜裡快12點和攜程聯繫，攜程説一定有房,因為酒店已經收費了，後來又下樓找酒店，換了一個前台工作人員，態度特別好，幫我們開好了房間。 酒店因為疫情期間取消了自助早餐，現在改為自己在網上點餐，每單會收一個6刀的送餐費，早餐分量很多，還不錯。 因為我們出門晚，第一天沒有打掃衞生，説是每天7-8打掃衞生，走的時候打電話給前台就會來打掃，第二天出門打了前台電話，前台抱怨説為什麼我們這麼晚出門。

Stayed here for company meeting and had a great experience. Was able to check in early. I stayed in 620 which is one of the larger rooms (1.5 bays) which was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our catered lunches for our company meeting were very well done. We have braised short rib and vegetables for one lunch and a sandwich table the next. Execution was flawless. I ate dinner one night at lobby bar and the food and service were very good. The great experience came in the M lounge. While the food and drinks were good, the staff was over the top friendly and kept the area clean. Finally, one of the friendliest staff in the M lounge sang happy birthday to me with my work colleagues and made a strawberry cheesecake plate for my birthday (see photo below). Great service and food made for a very successful company event. The experience was so good we rebooked for next year.

While they were clear there was construction occurring, I am surprised Marriott would keep the hotel during that type of work. The whole hotel was pretty much torn up, elevators not working. They should have more customer touches for the inconveniences….but I stand by they should shutdown for a few weeks instead to keep them the customers on the forefront.
