Stayed here 2 nights with family of 4. The hotel is modern, clean and spacious. Food (ex. Pizza) and beverages are available in the lobby any time of the day. This hotel is roughly a 30 min drive from the Gare du Nord. Pros: - Around 5-10 min walk to the nearest train station and another 10-15min train ride to the city (2.10 euro for a single ticket) - Laundry room (with iron) and gym located on 2nd floor - Beds and pillow are luxuriously comfortable. Very impressed with the high quality of the rooms and the great customer service - Carrefour grocery market 1 min walk Uber is very cheap in this city compared to other EU countries. Please note this hotel is situated right beside (or is connected) to a hospital. This means taxis are available all day long but sirens will be heard throughout your stay. Overall, I recommend this hotel to those visiting the area. I however, will stay in a hotel in the city of Brussels next time around.

Located on an inviting street in the banlieu of Saint Lambert, the hotel part of the club has historic character. The surrounding area (with the exception of the old church) is not as charming as it consists mainly of garden apartments. The pool is a good size (25m) for swimming laps but too warm --29,5 degrees on the morning that I swam. I also appreciated and benefited from the tennis in the bubble on a rainy morning. The rooms are pleasantly designed with exposed wooden rafters. To be improved upon: The rooms suffered from dim light as windows are small and the desk light didn't function. Also, the wifi connection was problematic in the early morning. My biggest complaint is the bedding. Instead of a fluffy feather filled duvet, a non breathable ---perhaps wool or synthetic flat cover--is used as the insert. (I did overlook the two unsavory long hairs found on the pillow). Additionally, I wasn't thrilled by my steak and French fries that I had for dinner. Bread also wasn't the best.

At the top end of the 3-Star market, our well-maintained and comfortable hotel offers diverse facilities, luxury rooms as well as extremely friendly and helpful staff. We are within walking distance of many museums, such as old and modern arts, musical instruments, chocolates and cocoa, Belgian Centre for Comic Strip Art, Hortas Art Nouveau, a beer brewery, and more. The North Station, which is at a five minute walk from our hotel, provides good connections to places including the airport. My partner and I have just come back after a new year break in Brussels. After reading the reviews we were a bit sceptical about the hotel but we had a really pleasant stay. The hotel is fine for what we needed it for-mainly to sleep after a long day exploring Brussels. The rooms were basic-yes, but clean and comfortable. The location is great, around a 15minute walk into the main square and a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station which we used to access the atomium. We didn't find the area to be uncomfortable, even when walking home on New Year's Eve at 1am. We booked as part of a Eurostar package and for the price we paid we were very happy. You get what you pay for! Can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't book as part of our package-there are lots of places in the centre to eat.

Durch die Renovierung des Hotels sind die Zimmer schön und gemütlich. Die Sauberkeit ist gegeben und die Betten sind bequem. Ein Ventilator steht auf dem Zimmer, dieser kühlt angenehm das Zimmer runter. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks ist Groß. JEDOCH GIBT ES EIN GROSSES PROBLEM, die Lage. Absolut schlimm. Auch wenn es nur fünf Minuten zum Zentrum sind, haben wir uns dazu entschieden mit Uber zu fahren. Da die Menschen im Viertel sehr aggressiv sind und nicht zögern würden, jemanden zu beklauen oder auch zu bedrohen.

A modern clean hotel with very friendly and professional staff. Breakfast good selection. Our room was of adequate size, light and airy, although the shower was in the bath rather than a walk-in shower. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the air con wasn't working (presumably switched off). It was not possible to open the window by more than half an inch. This didn't really let in much air at all but greatly increased the traffic noise. We were only there for one night, so managed. We must mention staff member Nico who came to our rescue following a mishap on our arrival. Would recommend hotel.

Hôtel au top, très bonne marque de qualité quand il s'agit d'un novotel. Petit déjeuner splendide, on étais étonné de la présence d'une machine à gauche ! Qualité des jus d'orange presser excellente également.
La chambre très moderne, la literie est parfaite, salle de bain magnifique et moderne, seul petit bémol, le reste de savon des anciens occupants.
Très grande télé avec beaucoup de chaine francophones.
Chauffage rien à signaler, un peu trop bruyant quand même.
