I had woderful stay at this hotel.The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a very pleasant stay here. Ideal location for visiting Harry Potter Studios. Lots of parking. Very friendly staff. Lovely spotlessly clean rooms.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn Watford North and wanted to share some balanced feedback. The member of staff on shift was genuinely fantastic — friendly, helpful, and doing everything possible to look after guests. Unfortunately, they were the only person on duty, which left them visibly busy, harassed, and stretched far too thin. None of this was their fault; they were doing an amazing job under pressure. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant offering. The menu is extremely limited and feels very poor compared to other Premier Inn sites. After ordering a burger, what arrived was far below the standard I’d expect — a very basic plate with a small burger and fries, lacking presentation and quality. It didn’t match the menu description and certainly didn’t feel worth the price. Overall, the staff member deserves full credit for their effort and attitude, but the hotel urgently needs better staffing levels and a more substantial, higher‑quality menu to bring it up to the usual Premier Inn standard.

Watford north is amazing such a wonderful atmosphere this is a must stay for Harry Potter fans it's like a big community. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond. Staff are fab, Jennifer, Delini, Doreen and the 2 chefs are amazing and they made the stay amazing.

This is my new first choice when working in north London region, staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast options are fully stocked. Car parking is free and spacious compared to the premier inn that I used to but no longer use near to the studios

Location perfect to visit Harry Potter studios, less than £10 for Uber each way. Tesco and McDonalds right beside it. Bed and pillows were super comfy, both slept great! Room and bathroom very clean. Lightening very bad in the room and bathroom, had to use my phone touch for extra light while getting ready.

Location is fine. Good parking facilities. McDonald's and Tesco Express right outside for convenience. The food options around the hotel seem to close at 11, so when we needed food after a concert at Wembley, we needed to order in. Cleanliness of the hotel is good and the staff were pleasant enough. We travelled down during a heatwave and our air conditioning was broken. I asked for a separate room and I was told that the hotel couldn't accommodate this, and supplied fans as a replacement. The fans were useless, and my room was 32 degrees all night, making sleeping nigh on impossible. I also left an item behind, and it was never turned into lost property, so they've either binned a brand new concert t shirt, or worse, someone has stolen it. Contacting the hotel afterwards has been near impossible.

Stayed here a few times before, convenient and reasonably priced for getting into London, or to Wembley. Disappointed though this time round with no air conditioning working in the room and 30+ degrees temperatures.... 2 adults and a child in a room with a solitary desktop fan - which was supposed to be a substitute for the air conditioning.... Very uncomfortable. I raised it to staff, who seemed to acknowledge we weren't the only ones in this situation. I understand things go wrong from time to time, but multiple issues suggests a lack of investment in repair and maintenance. A shame really as every other stay here has been 5 star.
