I was nervous about making a reservation in the Stewart airport/middletown area because so many hotel reviews talked about sketchy people, odors, stains, etc. but this was the total opposite. Hotel was new, beautiful and so clean! From the accommodating lobby staff, to the conditions and cleanliness of the lobby, halls, room, pool area, and breakfast area, I was very impressed. The sheets and towels were fresh and soft, room was quiet and peaceful, breakfast buffet had several options to choose from for both adults and children. Could not be happier with stay, and hope to stay again in future.

Good value for money, good location for shopping in Woodbury and going to legoland. My family loved the indoor pool.

Overall this a nice facility. Check in was good , friendly service and he even called a restaurant for me to see if was open on Chris**as Day. The room was clean everything was clean and the bed was comfy. The only issue was there was someone smoking at night nearby and stench from that was very annoying. We had to open window and turn on ac to get some fresh air.

I'm giving this hotel five stars it's clean it's fairly priced the breakfast is great quite a bit of hot foods to choose from coffee and tea 24 hours. I didn't have much of an opportunity to interact with the staff but whenever I did they were very nice couple times I had a problem with my key getting in the door they fixed it right away the room is a decent size the bed is comfortable. Only suggestion I have they need to do something outside there's a sewer where you park your cars and there's an awful odor coming from that sewer you won't smell it in the hotel but you'll smell it while you're parking your car if you're on that side I hate to even mention it but you're supposed to be honest in these reviews.

I can't say enough great things about my recent stay at Sleep Inn and Suites in Middletown NY. I'm a local but needed to stay for 7 nights. The hotel is immaculately clean. The staff, especially the front desk staff (Toyya Y, Jyrieka, Sparkle, Rachele) were rays of sunshine and super helpful and kind. The breakfast and coffee bar are amazing. I would go back in a heartbeat.
