和朋友一起出來散心 酒店現在人不是很多 房間很乾凈，需要什麼換什麼用品服務員很熱情 停車場很大後邊還有一個小院子很不錯還會選擇

塞罕壩是一個草原，風景確實很美麗，遼闊的大草原就是無限的自由。酒店乾淨整潔衞生，房間四四方方，該有的都有，有點陳舊，也可能有些年頭了，就是設施設備需要更新了，差了那麼點意思。客服人員還是很有態度的，很積極的在完成自己的本職工作，整體的服務水平相當不錯。這邊除了風景好，吃的東西也是非常好吃的，全部都是新鮮加純天然的，看了圖片你也會流口水，酒店還有一些需要提高的就是整體的服務素養，要不斷加以培訓，創造更好的服務給人們。

塞罕壩就是一個天然氧吧，空氣非常新鮮。這次是錯峯出行，趕在夏至，來到了這個地方，其實入住感受來説，這次感覺還可以，聽反饋説是換了一整個的管理團隊，全部都有了極大的變化，我們入住的時候有個攜程的專屬通道，自己看下圖，就是這個地毯感覺缺少了點霸氣，不夠豪華，上不了檔次。不過整體來説，民風淳樸，一切都是天然的感覺。房間來説，乾淨整潔，四四方方，該有的也都有，景色也是很好看的，來這裏一定要錯峯出行，衹有這樣的體驗才會更好一些。希望金鼎越來越頂。

有暖氣，酒店自己燒的，不是集中供暖，但是白天熱，晚上不熱。十一的塞罕壩，暖氣必備，夜裡0度。建議選擇空調房，暖氣保不準。衞生可以接受，設施雖然舊，但是沒有異味。機械林場的住宿，除了君瀾，都不要抱有太大期望。

太差了 太臟了 就是一個旅館 毛巾黑色 沙發很臟 蒼蠅一堆 沒有一次性拖鞋 不是每天打掃衞生 入住期間都不打掃

酒店地理位置和環境不錯，緊鄰廣場，鬧中取靜，院子很大停車免費，另外服務很熱情，不管是前台還是客房保潔阿姨，要多餘枕頭也是很快送來，早餐很簡單，幾種小鹹菜雞蛋和饅頭以及粥，吃飽也是沒問題的，酒店整體還是不錯的，物超所值吧。

國慶節後出遊，朋友擔心民宿農家樂熱水或供暖不足，特意建議選這家規模較大的有保障。酒店位置安靜，也許是淡季，入住人不多，房間走廊要自己找開關才開亮燈，衹有部分服務員留守，質量不能保證，因沒有供暖，要求加一床被子也要自己抱回房間。早上出門時把窗打開了，下午回來時一地的蒼蠅，噁心極了。到店當天的價格比提前一週訂的便宜了 100多，要求之下補了早餐。
