Ulasan Huaxi Hotel

This was my second time staying at Huaxi, mainly because I thought the room environment and cleanliness were quite good before. However, the problem arose when I was leaving. I left early in the morning, taking the elevator to the 19th floor at 5:30 AM. The elevator doors had just closed when it suddenly dropped back down to my 18th floor and stopped. I started to panic, and pressing the open button didn't work. Soon, the elevator dropped another floor and displayed "out of server." I frantically pressed the emergency contact button, but no one answered. Then, inexplicably, the elevator automatically rose back up to the 19th floor. Thankfully, the doors opened, and I escaped death – I was terrified! I went down to the 17th floor and called one of the middle elevators, but I didn't dare go in and just pressed the button for the first floor. Soon, the same problem occurred; the elevator display on the stairs also showed "out of server." I gave up completely and walked down from the 17th floor. It was a terrifying experience in the early morning. At the first-floor reception desk, I told the sleepy-eyed staff member to call the elevator manager immediately, and then I checked out. We hope the store will promptly inspect the elevators and strengthen safety management to prevent similar horrific incidents from happening again.
