Aged facilities but great service with all sorts of welcome treats, heated bottles of water and gifts. We’ve been really well taken care of during our stay. Not to mention the great buffet. Manager Sunny Feng and colleagues were professional and helpful. Seniors of the family were happy about the entire journey.

步入大堂，寬敞明亮的環境令人心曠神怡，空氣中瀰漫著淡淡清香。前台工作人員笑容親切，辦理入住手續高效快捷，並細心介紹酒店設施和周邊景點，讓人倍感貼心。不足的是因為是自駕去，到了以後沒有工作人員引導停車，整個大廳就一個入住登記人員，距離五星的服務還是有很大差距。
入住海景房，推窗即見碧波蕩漾，海風輕拂。房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約時尚，設施齊全。
這裏就要説一下酒店自助了。149海鮮自助暢吃，種類豐富，中西結合，食材新鮮。

衞生：衞生做得還不錯，沒有看到明顯污漬的地方。
酒店有露天停車場和地下停車場。
地下停車場位子不多，b2也比較陰冷，最大好處就是行李比較多的時候，上下行李相對方便。酒店大門口停不了車，還需步行一點路到露天停車場，如果行李不多還可以。
另外，是幾個酒店共用一幢樓，所以一層有2個酒店前台。如果拖着大件行李，一樓還有幾個台階才能到電梯廳。
酒店早餐，樣式挺少的，衹記得每天早上喝了一碗雞蛋番茄湯，味道還不錯。
過年期間來的，一共住了2晚，晚上的洗澡水，放了很長時間才出熱水。有一天早上，居然一直沒有熱水。準備出門找前台的時候，遇到了一樣沒有熱水的鄰居，也是一臉問號。最後前台告知，前一天晚上熱水泵壞了。我們？？？？酒店只有一個熱水泵？在零度左右的威海，房間裏沒熱水😂

海景房一定要提前訂！一眨眼就滿房了，蹲了很久 也一直有和酒店還有平台溝通，大家都很耐心。終於在前一天蹲到了海景房，運氣爆棚，前台辦理的小姐姐很熱情 提前溝通了需求，到達後也詳細介紹了酒店。
地理位置和景色真的超好，還能看海景、海浪、棧橋用早餐。

春節帶着長者小孩來威海旅行，訂了套房。房間非常大，可以看到棧橋和海景，非常美。早餐也很豐富，管家還會每天發送當天天氣情況以及網紅景點路線，很貼心。酒店離火炬八街很近，退房的當天上午還去拍了照片。這次回去的飛機調整時間，比預期晚了一個小時，和酒店商量延遲退房，酒店也是二話不説給延遲到了3點，我們訂的車子是3點來接。這次旅程非常愉快！下次還會再來

Хороший отель, свежий ремонт, чистое больше, есть кухонька, диванчик, стол. Отлично расположен, удобно добираться до центра и на такси, и на общественном транспорте (рядом остановка автобуса 7, на остановке электронное табло, которые показывает через сколько придет автобус). Останавливались зимой, боялась что в номере будет холодно, но в номере пол был с подогревом и кондиционер включали на обогрев иногда. Было очень тепло. Персонал очень приветливый, были на новогодних праздниках, получили кучу подарочков) очень приятно, спасибо!

PPengguna Tetamu服務：當天出行前下午酒店工作人員有給我打電話詢問大致入住時間，也提前幫忙預留出房間，這點超級好，酒店工作人員也都很細緻周到，蠻負責的
設施：新開的酒店，一切都是很乾凈，美中不足，可能也是新開，走廊味道會有點大，但是房間沒什麼味道，早餐的話中規中矩，大多都是中餐類，因為我不太愛吃，所以4天的早餐衹吃了2天，但是餛飩還蠻好吃，我怕吃不完，還讓師傅幫忙挑走幾個
環境：離半月灣很近，我們每天晚上都會附近走一走，也就10分鐘的路程，就是酒店在半山坡，爬上去很累，但如果不想爬坡，可以從隔壁坐電梯上來，停車也是停對面的，地上地下都挺方便
衞生：我們一般都是中下午才出門，回酒店之後，垃圾都收拾完，毛巾也換了新的，唯一廁所這個門，很透明，私密性不是很夠，多少有點尷尬
總結這家酒店還是很不錯的，出行什麼都挺方便，附近也有吃飯的地方，燒烤什麼，味道都很好，下次有機會再去威海，應該還會再次入住，好評～

VVincent PernellThis has been the best hotel I’ve stayed at throughout my visits to Weihai. In terms of cleanliness, location, and comfort this has met all of my needs. One major thing that I enjoyed was the friendliness of all of the workers there, as a foreigner this made a huge difference and made checking in extremely comfortable and easy, everyone was very kind and helpful. Directly across the street there’s a big shopping mall, plenty of restaurants and English is also spoken by a few members as well. Will definitely stay here again!

FFloBernWe had a great stay in this hotel. We met Mr. Leng, the manager. He was very kind. First, when we booked the hotel, we made a mistake with the date, he helped us modify our booking, upgraded our room. He also helped uswith locations and addresses of places we can visit. We were very lucky to meet him.We were served with fruit everyday. Check in was great and fast. Breakfast is rich and variety. In short, everything was perfect. Just one little recommendations for the floor carpets to be changed. They're old, but room is clean. Our room was cleaned everyday.
We will come back again. Thanks to the staff of Huaxi hotel for making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. We visited the silver beach and took a trip of one hour, 30 minutes to Luigong Island, Weihai. So much to see and do here. A great place for a vacation.

AAldiceGood place to rest. Hotel is new, clear and modern. Friendly staff. Most of them don't speak English, but they use translate app, so we can understand each other. The breakfast is varied, tasty, there is plenty to choose from. Restaurant with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea.
Now about the difficulties.
If you have a laptop with a euro plug, take an adapter. All, absolutely all sockets in the room are Chinese. There are connectors USB and type C, the phone normally can be charged. Dear hotel staff, add in the description about sockets. For foreigners it may be important
Further - the restaurant closes very early, in the evening after 20.00 you need to go somewhere to eat. In the lobby there is a machine with noodles and drinks, but it does not suit me.
The location is such that it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest shop.
All in all a lovely place for a holiday. It is quiet and dark at night, sleeps very well. In the morning there are pheasants screaming in the woods opposite. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, I recommend this hotel

FFoo Ai PingThe hotel is confidently located near a big mall and near the waterfront . If you walk about 700 m you get into the park which has a nice pagoda . The buffet breakfast is great and the staff are quite friendly . The only issue that you might face is other guests smoking in their rooms hence at night I get smoking smells drifting through the air con shaft even though I am staying in a non smoking room . Oh if you are staying in the room facing the west setting sun you would have to remind the cleaning crew not to open the curtains as it can get quite hot in the afternoon

PPengguna Tetamu建議我朋友入住並預訂的這個酒店。本次衹説一個問題：朋友在海邊遊玩，想就近吃完午餐再回酒店退房，經徵詢本店～想（免費）延時2小時，那怕1小時也行，因為朋友吃完飯回酒店退房是順路又省時，本店婉拒（延時退房），説按酒店規定不行，正常就是12點退房。朋友衹得急匆匆趕回去先退房，之後再又往海邊趕（過去吃飯）。你連客人這麼點兒基本要求都不能滿足（行業內已有巨多酒店延遲到下午2點甚至3點退房），還開啥酒店？同時，經幾天觀察，酒店入住率不是太高。這些都不是前台員工素質高低問題，是管理層的問題，應該反思。（恕無圖片）

Worth staying here. The owner also helped me buying some medical things for my baby when I was in need. So I really appreciate her. You can go for it. If you come without a car very good even though if you have a car still, you can manage easily owner will help you parl the car.
