建議我朋友入住並預訂的這個酒店。本次衹説一個問題：朋友在海邊遊玩，想就近吃完午餐再回酒店退房，經徵詢本店～想（免費）延時2小時，那怕1小時也行，因為朋友吃完飯回酒店退房是順路又省時，本店婉拒（延時退房），説按酒店規定不行，正常就是12點退房。朋友衹得急匆匆趕回去先退房，之後再又往海邊趕（過去吃飯）。你連客人這麼點兒基本要求都不能滿足（行業內已有巨多酒店延遲到下午2點甚至3點退房），還開啥酒店？同時，經幾天觀察，酒店入住率不是太高。這些都不是前台員工素質高低問題，是管理層的問題，應該反思。（恕無圖片）

位置比較偏，所以環境比較安靜，適合休息，工作人員工作式的熱情，可能與“賓館”性質有關，一切以規定為主，缺少人情，比如稍高於1.2米小童早餐收費，語言態度刻板，一句收費交錢掃碼給我看，堪稱政府典範，不知道的還以為欠賓館多少錢，非常不舒服，不能好好溝通就不要搞接待了，可能“接待”是重點，其次房間比較遠，二樓也要繞半天，行李需要多費心，早餐也是應付式的，品種不少，口味難言，唯一的就是點餐的口味還可以，不然在周邊找不到吃飯的情況下晚上就要餓肚子了，總結喜憂參半，旅行看自己需求選擇吧

房間本身挺好，寬敞睡覺也挺舒服。但是對服務很不滿意，先是自助餐，圖我就不拍了，98塊錢沒有牛肉和羊肉，海鮮就那種冰蝦質量也不咋地，煮的蝦也一般。是過年可能漲價但是這個98的價格確實有點厲害。然後這次是帶娃出來，我和媳婦兩個人晚上輪着去泡温泉，一個留在房間看孩子，我先去的從D棟“長途跋涉”走到温泉，剛進去7:15的時候媳婦來電話説孩子的奶粉在車上沒拿，結果給前台打電話本來想拜託工作人員幫忙去車上拿一下，結果得到的答覆是沒時間，要八點才能給送，沒辦法我又換衣服回去拿的，走的來來回回的給我累夠嗆，結果去拿的時候看前台坐一個人。然後晚上十一點多口渴，房間礦泉水沒有了打電話要一下結果等了將近半個小時………
然後今天退房前台説兩點退按金結果四點也沒退，我是打了電話才給退的。
優點是室內有小童樂園，温泉還不錯。希望能夠再接再厲提高一下服務水平和服務意識。過年忙可以理解但還是希望能夠重視起來

設施：斷斷續續住了4天，房間整體非常乾淨衞生，設施齊全。住了他家好幾個房型，茶韻最好，能看海景，屋裡設計排布合理。
服務：工作人員非常熱情，認真負責。中途還幫我們搬行李換房間。入住是還發了趕海時間表，集市時間表，買東西特別方便。
環境：民宿地理位置離大拇指廣場稍微有一點點距離，但是租個電動車就行了，附近也有租車點。小區旁邊的街上就有夜市，晚上吃飯也特別方便。

PPengguna Tetamu服務：當天出行前下午酒店工作人員有給我打電話詢問大致入住時間，也提前幫忙預留出房間，這點超級好，酒店工作人員也都很細緻周到，蠻負責的
設施：新開的酒店，一切都是很乾凈，美中不足，可能也是新開，走廊味道會有點大，但是房間沒什麼味道，早餐的話中規中矩，大多都是中餐類，因為我不太愛吃，所以4天的早餐衹吃了2天，但是餛飩還蠻好吃，我怕吃不完，還讓師傅幫忙挑走幾個
環境：離半月灣很近，我們每天晚上都會附近走一走，也就10分鐘的路程，就是酒店在半山坡，爬上去很累，但如果不想爬坡，可以從隔壁坐電梯上來，停車也是停對面的，地上地下都挺方便
衞生：我們一般都是中下午才出門，回酒店之後，垃圾都收拾完，毛巾也換了新的，唯一廁所這個門，很透明，私密性不是很夠，多少有點尷尬
總結這家酒店還是很不錯的，出行什麼都挺方便，附近也有吃飯的地方，燒烤什麼，味道都很好，下次有機會再去威海，應該還會再次入住，好評～

FFloBernWe had a great stay in this hotel. We met Mr. Leng, the manager. He was very kind. First, when we booked the hotel, we made a mistake with the date, he helped us modify our booking, upgraded our room. He also helped uswith locations and addresses of places we can visit. We were very lucky to meet him.We were served with fruit everyday. Check in was great and fast. Breakfast is rich and variety. In short, everything was perfect. Just one little recommendations for the floor carpets to be changed. They're old, but room is clean. Our room was cleaned everyday.
We will come back again. Thanks to the staff of Huaxi hotel for making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. We visited the silver beach and took a trip of one hour, 30 minutes to Luigong Island, Weihai. So much to see and do here. A great place for a vacation.

JJiaowenjuan住宿兩晚，特別滿意，首先是在前台辦理入住時小劉的熱情，細心的詢問我們的需求後主動給我們升級了房型，房間配置和格局有着原有的政府接待調調，個人並不覺得老化，可能是我們接受度尺度大些吧，樓層服務員還熱心的送上入住水果和泡腳桶（配備了泡腳料包），還有真摯的感謝信～細微之處可見真情，讓我們感受到大山東的熱情與包容。這裏地理位置特別優越，出門就是環翠公園，在房間就能看到環翠樓，周邊交通吃飯都很便利，已推薦給身邊打算十一來威海旅遊的朋友了，認真且真心的評價

AAldiceGood place to rest. Hotel is new, clear and modern. Friendly staff. Most of them don't speak English, but they use translate app, so we can understand each other. The breakfast is varied, tasty, there is plenty to choose from. Restaurant with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea.
Now about the difficulties.
If you have a laptop with a euro plug, take an adapter. All, absolutely all sockets in the room are Chinese. There are connectors USB and type C, the phone normally can be charged. Dear hotel staff, add in the description about sockets. For foreigners it may be important
Further - the restaurant closes very early, in the evening after 20.00 you need to go somewhere to eat. In the lobby there is a machine with noodles and drinks, but it does not suit me.
The location is such that it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest shop.
All in all a lovely place for a holiday. It is quiet and dark at night, sleeps very well. In the morning there are pheasants screaming in the woods opposite. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, I recommend this hotel

FFoo Ai PingThe hotel is confidently located near a big mall and near the waterfront . If you walk about 700 m you get into the park which has a nice pagoda . The buffet breakfast is great and the staff are quite friendly . The only issue that you might face is other guests smoking in their rooms hence at night I get smoking smells drifting through the air con shaft even though I am staying in a non smoking room . Oh if you are staying in the room facing the west setting sun you would have to remind the cleaning crew not to open the curtains as it can get quite hot in the afternoon

Worth staying here. The owner also helped me buying some medical things for my baby when I was in need. So I really appreciate her. You can go for it. If you come without a car very good even though if you have a car still, you can manage easily owner will help you parl the car. PPengguna Tetamu已經連續三年來到榮成入住同一家酒店～倪氏海泰大酒店。第一次是入夏前夕，自駕沿海邊境線G228，環繞膠東半島來到榮成，入住酒店的感覺不錯，酒店大堂與裝飾很大氣，有氣勢有韻味。客房寬敞明亮，早餐美味豐富，特別值得一提的是酒店瀛之湯，有泡湯，桑拿，巖鹽浴板，都能讓身心放鬆，安穩入眠。連續兩年冬季來看大鵝，都選擇住在這裏。特別幸運遇到了藍色飛揚，幫助預訂客房，幫助搬運行李，有求必應，服務周到專業，每天送水果和酸奶。客房服務也不錯，收拾整齊乾淨，每天送酸奶水果，臘八那天還送了兩碗香甜的臘八粥，賓至如歸，這次還在雪天送了一份“圍爐煮茶”到客房，暖心！推薦給朋友了，他們會相繼來榮成看天鵝，也選擇住在這裏。把美好體驗傳遞下去！
