設施：夏天空調挺足的，房間插座也挺多的，房間裏面的設施保存的也挺不錯的
衞生：衞生挺好的，阿姨們做衞生也挺負責的，不管是衞生間也好，還是床鋪也好，都做的比較好
環境：鑫宏附近就有家很多威遠人喜歡來吃的麪館，又離中心街很近，吃的也比較多，雖然説現在萬達開業了，但是很多人還是會選擇來住鑫宏，因為這邊的吃的，交通都比較方便
服務：前台人員就是酒店的一個枱麪，她們的態度就決定了酒店服務的一切，前台的美女們的態度是可以的，客房的阿姨們的態度是可以的，沒什麼可挑剔的，她們服務的態度是絕對對得起你付出的這個價格
客人自述：這段時間是流感高峯期，本人感冒了，胃口不怎麼好，已經幾天沒有吃過米飯了，今天來入住的時候，突然之間聞到他們的員工餐，真的很香，然後自己也想吃，但是無法開口，就去樓下點了一碗麪，結果沒吃兩口，因為胃口不好，然後回來的時候就像酒店的人員提出了，聞到那個香味，然後她們二話沒有説，問我是不是想吃，我也一口説出來，是想吃，他們就跟我打了一份飯，有的時候酒店的人情冷暖，讓人真的很暖（這是我時隔幾年吃的第二份她們的員工餐）

2月份住過一次，這次機緣巧合，朋友結婚，又訂了這家酒店。作為威遠的頂級酒店，無論環境衞生還是設施服務都是無可挑剔的，但還是要特別的誇讚一下酒店的服務，因為朋友的腳扭傷，需要冰塊，給前台打電話去，很快就得到了解決，工作人員及時送上冰塊到房間並且還貼心帶上了雲南白葯，對我們的情況非常關心，問我們還有沒有其他需要幫助的地方呀這些，這種既能及時有效解決客人問題還能附加情緒價值的關心是非常温暖的，並且在第二天退房，大廳碰到送冰塊的工作人員，仍然對扭傷情況表示關心，臨走還送我們酒店的紀念禮品，非常的暖心。❤️真誠希望酒店越來越好，以後到威遠，我還是會果斷選擇的喲。☺️

這是我第一次主動，積極的想要給一個酒店好評，從氛圍到服務到設施都非常滿意的酒店，甚至超出預期。
先説服務吧，家人過生日提前溝通佈置客房和小蛋糕，沒想到當天還升級了房型，為了一起入住的朋友體驗感甚至給朋友也升級了。而且氛圍佈置的很用心，還紮了氣球花束，手寫的賀卡還有很多員工的簽名，滿滿的用心。
服務也非常好，在客房要了很多東西都送的很快也很有禮貌，節假日也沒有因為忙而不耐煩。
温泉非常棒，最大的運動池裡面有很多玩具，有很大的網紅游泳船，手搖船還有個槳板給小朋友漂浮，還有小朋友的泡泡浴專區，這是之前在任何一家温泉都沒有的。沿山而建的小泡池也很棒，高低温度都有。
房間打掃的也很乾凈，整個酒店度假氛圍都很濃厚，吃飯可以到幾分鐘車程的鎮上吃羊肉湯，住一晚感覺時間完全不夠，下次有機會還會再來喲。

PPengguna Tetamu首先,這家民宿的周邊環境非常安靜,很適合休息。從民宿徒步去景點也非常方便,不需要花費很長時間。其次,民宿的裝修和設施非常好。民宿的外觀是很奇特的帳篷建築,內部裝修也非常有特色,而且非常乾淨整潔。我的房間裝修簡潔舒適,有一張大床和一個休息區域。房間裏提供了洗漱用品、牙刷、拖鞋、浴巾等設施,非常方便。而且民宿還提供了免費的WIFI,信號非常好,我可以隨時和家人朋友聯繫。

RRuishijuanOOO房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全。周邊環境清幽，空氣好。春節期間來的，下午2點辦理入住後在旁邊的觀景亭曬曬太陽很舒服。每個房車門口像個小院落的設定，有有休閑桌椅，適合帶上茶具泡點茶喝。店家有魚塘可供釣魚耍，但需要自己帶魚竿工具來。
