It was very clean, location perfect only the parking coz need to pay and you cant get free parking outside street. But recommended hotel , budget good . We willl definitely book again

Staff were nice & had good deals & was really close to Wembley & a tube train station + free WiFi and they are not too strict about parking as long as you stay. The room was good quality & the TV had lots of streaming service's e.g Netflix & it was all cleaned well.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Our room was flooded, damp and dirty. We immediately went back to reception. They said they’d refund us in 5 minutes after they’d finished with another customer complaining. I booked alternative accommodation. Before I paid I double checked they’d refund us. Yes in 5 minutes he said. Staff then tried to refund us, the owner (their dad) refused to give them the password to process the refund. For two hours they pleaded with their dad to refund us. He not only refused, but then started WhatsApping me saying I was being aggressive and disruptive and that they’d offered us an alternative room.A complete lie (they have cctv). Whilst we were there for the two hours, 5 other people also left and requested refunds. All of us booked rooms at the premier inn. Awful hotel, conman owner. Any positive reviews are fake.

Service was poor, states free parking on this website but when I arrived I was told that parking was £20 a vehicle. my room didn’t have a tv, literally open the door and the bed is 2 steps away. Not sure if I would stay again, bathroom was quite nice

Where do I start.. dirty old stained mattress against the wall overhanging a childs bed. Unsafe electrics left hanging in the wall and ceiling. Sheet trapped in fire door as no curtains fitted. Unsafe electrics exposed all around the room. Door frames not finished and exposed screws left for my two kids to rip their fingers apart. Complained and got told I have a choice... See the photos. Just terrible. Will be reporting to council aswell.

The location was good, bus stops were right in front of the hotel. Underground station was 20mins walk or 2 bus stops away if you prefer. The room was clean and the beds were soft and firm. It was also easy to checked in and out. The man at the reception was helpful and easy to talk to. There was bottled water and coffee inside the room. It was a good experience overall.

Very nice property to stay in . The owners couldn't be more helpful they sent me emails explaining everything about how to get into the building and bedroom . The bedroom was extremely clean and spacious with lots of amenities from teas , coffees and milk . My mother really liked the tiles in our bathroom and the shower was so spacious . We experienced a problem with our television but a gentlemen last night to rectify the situation . Nothing is too much of a problem for the staff and everyone Is friendly and extremely helpful . Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️ 😘

When we first arrived we were confused as it looked like a house, there was no sign with the name of the hotel, and the door required a code to enter. We called the phone number and someone let us in. They didn’t appear to be a reception desk but it turned out it was just closed. (Saturday afternoon). The rooms are small and basic but clean. It seems like they are currently doing a refurbishment. There is very little soundproofing though, you could hear people in the corridors and each time the front door opened and closed. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice. Tv had Netflix which was good. Location is handy for Wembley. Decent budget hotel although not quite what I am used to.
