Ulasan Hilton London Wembley

The hotel was lovely and clean! The staff was so helpful! They went out of there way to make sure our stay was good! We even stayed an extra night and was giving a later check out!

Check in staff were very friendly, unfortunately there was an issue with my room so I was given an upgrade to a “deluxe” room. It was exactly the same just on a higher floor so I’m not sure what made it deluxe. I stayed two nights. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options for vegans and gluten free diets. Staff helpful and friendly. The biggest issue to me is the fact they have Hilton barriers blocking the accessible entrance and drop curb - any wheelchair users going to the hotel or even wanting to go down the street would not be able to pass by or enter/exit the hotel easily. I reported this during the day to a male member of staff and he didn’t seem interested. The next day I told a woman on reception at check out who said she’d let security know. Please think about disabled people before blocking the pavement. Otherwise it’s a fantastic hotel. I have stayed before and I would stay again.

Compared to five-star hotels in my home country, the room facilities are generally old. However, it's clean and tidy, which is good. The breakfast selection is smaller and more monotonous than what you'd find at a five-star hotel back home, but having hot food, fruit, bread, and eggs is decent. Most of the restaurant staff were warm and attentive, with the exception of one older woman who was rather frosty and preachy. The front desk staff of color were all friendly and polite, while the young white women fit the stereotype. The only major plus is its extreme proximity to the Wembley OVO Arena – literally door to door.

Very close to the venue, which was super convenient for the show. There are also malls and restaurants nearby, and the subway station is just a 10-minute walk away. The front desk service was good too, but the breakfast options were a bit limited.

I stayed here for the London World Table Tennis Championships. The location is absolutely fantastic, super convenient. The stadium was right next door! The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. Overall, a great stay.

Truly a great experience, great welcome, assistance too with case to room.Thx Hussein! Pool area not huge, but big enough, loved the jacuzzi & sauna. Changing rooms great, loved the swimming costume spinner, I hung it on bathroom door & it was ready to re use very soon.Therefore no need to bring multiple swimwear...like I did! The kids swim lessons around 4-5pm so work around if you chose. Lovely staff everywhere, smiles & service all through breakfast, which was delicious; on leaving day, I made most of it as long hours travelling...it sorted me out till I got home! Thankyou.x

The hotel cannot find my booking no and said it is Trip.com cancelled. It took a me two hours to settle it . The staff attitude is not good..

If I am not travelling to Wembley for a concert, I will not consider Hilton London Wembley. The service is below par-the front desk people are not particularly friendly and the most important thing is the cleaniness - you can see the wash basic sink area still have dirty marks. The fridge is filled with paid drinks and you can't remove them (unless you pay) so basically there is no fridge. Unless you need to attend an event by Wembley (as it is just right next to it), forget this hotel.

The hotel service was excellent, very clean, and in a great location. Breakfast was also very good, and the restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic! The only minor drawback was that the bathroom countertop was quite old, but there was a small note acknowledging this.

Pretty abysmal trip, I paid for a king room and a late checkout. Very little detail on what was available within the room. The minibar was confusing and took up the entire fridge and part of the cupboard. and you couldn’t move anything because it would charge you.  The late checkout was 100% worth it due to the fact we had to evacuate the building at 6am as the fire alarm was set off. I assume this was by the breakfast cooking or someone smoking in their room. Either way, it definitely woke us up. I feel genuinely bad for the people who had been out last night, and then had to leave at 11. The room was not great. The bathroom had multiple parts of the accessories damaged from water damage. Making it look cheap (e.g. the soap holder, the shower holder). And there was marks on the counter but, there was an apology sign on the counter about this. There was also concerning stains on the floor outside the room.  The hotel was nice but the room was not great and it was not an ideal experience

Awesome apart from the TV was not functioning. Although, the staff offered to change the room but it was not convenient. The location of the hotel was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay over there.

Close to Wembley Stadium only 2 mins walk. Very convenient especially for concert. The service was brilliant.

Located next to the stadium, the room offers a view of its west side, which is quite nice, although some facilities are a bit dated. The front desk staff who checked me in was very enthusiastic and specifically arranged a room with a stadium view for me. In contrast, the restaurant staff's service attitude was less than positive. On the first morning, as it was quite early, there were many empty tables in the restaurant. However, the staff seemed to deliberately seat Chinese guests separately from other patrons. When it came to requests like refilling water, some staff members appeared more willing to serve Caucasian guests, while ignoring similar requests from Chinese guests. As a local resident, I know that a diverse multicultural atmosphere is one of Wembley's most distinctive characteristics, yet the behavior of some Hilton Wembley staff did not align with this. I hope these issues can be improved by my next stay.
