We came for a basketball tournament and had time in between games so they were kind enough to let us check in early. So that was super nice. The parking lot is small. They needed to remove the snow in each parking spot. It was kinda hard getting your vehicle in a tight spot when you have to drive over a big snow bump. The carpet in the lobby and hallways definitely could use a vacuuming. The pool is SMALL! There was a birthday party at the pool so that was way too many bodies in that tiny little thing. There isn’t a hot tub. Our room, clean, perfect for my husband, my 9 year old and I. The downside. They didn’t refill the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Thankfully we usually have some spares in our travel bag. I am just getting over a cold so I tend to blow my nose more in the mornings. Blew my nose twice and now we are out of Kleenex. That obviously wasn’t checked either. The heater makes a strange clanking sound everyone it comes on all throughout the night. I am going to mention that to the front desk when we check out. When we were heading out for the day, I was waiting for my husband while I was sipping on my Safeway brand fizzy water. The lady at the desk asked if I wanted to charge it to my room. They don’t even sell fizzy water in their little cooler by the front desk. Would we stay here again, maybe. It was close to the school we were playing at. Have we stayed at nicer, yes. Off to have breakfast. The reviews were great on that so stay tuned.

We had the wheelchair accessible room. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has a walker or a wheelchair. The price was amazing. I would not hesitate to stay here again. And it was so close to the Wenatchee Convention center and all the local restaurants.

EErvin WuI love IHG hotel. The price is good and amenities are much better than many motels. The front desk was friendly and the breakfast was awesome. We went to Leavenworth for Christmas but the price of hotels in Leavenworth was crazy. Wenatchee will be a good place to consider.

PPengguna TetamuStaff went out of their way to make sure that our event was successful. Lovely stay. This hotel is also very conveniently located by the river and close to town. There is a little specialty coffee shop just down by the parking lot and it is right next to Pybus Market. They do need to upgrade their breakfast buffet with some low-carb options (choice of eggs would be nice instead of scrambled only and another choice of meat, instead of breakfast patties only). Maybe a few additional breakfast choices.

MMcNeilanKakitangan hotel membantu dan mesra. Bilik dan lorong bersih. Kakitangan sentiasa memakai topeng. Sarapan percuma adalah kurang, kerana seseorang yang tidak makan daging yang mereka ada hanyalah telur hancur, bacon dan cawan buah-buahan (dibungkus dalam sirap). Bagel atau roti bakar pasti sedap tetapi saya faham ia adalah perkhidmatan percuma. Terpaksa mendaftar untuk penggunaan kolam kerana Covid, jadi kami tidak dapat menggunakan kolam renang pada malam pertama tetapi sangat menggembirakan untuk menyimpan semuanya untuk diri kami sendiri semasa slot masa kami yang kami daftar.

The staff were good and friendly. The beds were fine. The breakfast was good, more than a lot of places at this level. We didn't get maid service when staying for two days but that seems to be standard in a lot of places these days- it was fine but we would have liked fresh towels (we could have asked at the desk I'm sure they would have given us more). The sink faucet in the room needs work- it was very hard to turn on. The hot tub was non-functional- it would have been nice to know that ahead of time but it was fine. It was an average hotel stay with good staff, thank you for your service.
