Good hotel location, near the train station. Enjoyed the hotel breakfast provided as well.

Our room was opposite the lift, room 208 but we're fine it as not many human traffic movements heard during our stay. Thanks to the hotel arrangement for the room facing the mountains and it was phenomenal and picturesque. Memorable! One thing to note that the door at the balcony was a bit at the loose end, that you have to push really hard to lock it. It was super chilly in the evening, sometimes the warmer works but sometimes it doesn't, in the event if the temperature outside drop to below -10°, the room will be super cold and you have to rely on the blankets to keep you warm instead. Overall, the room, free WIFI, breakfast and public facilities did meet our expectation. The wellness area on the other hand, is a bit over-crowded in the evening and there were no signs of free towel anywhere. I'd figure out myself that the towels are available in each of the compartment in the wellness area as long as there are no other belongings from guests. There's a small playground right in front of the hotel, had some fun with my kid playing snow and slide.

I've been coming to Regina for several decades. It has always been a home away from home. It is one of very few hotels that has managed to keep the luxury and allure throughout many years. They adhere to a very high standard on every level. For many it might feel antiquated, but if you're looking for something that is truly unique, that has stood the test of time and is not just another generic modern day luxury hotel, this is the place to be. There's not many hotels where you can sit in a lounge by a warm log fire, playing a board game while a pianist is playing. It's a hotel that is filled with history, warmth and kindness.

The hotel has a lovely setting with views right across the valley, it was very relaxing having a beer in the garden with those views after a long day of hiking. Our room had a balcony, again with a beautiful view, the room was comfortable & spacious. This is a very busy hotel and the restaurant in the evening was full but service was still very good. The menu is a set menu, with a choice of main course (from memory) and we had a great meal here. There were lots of cosy places to sit and have a free coffee after your meal. The next day we hiked to Lauterbrunnen where we took a cable car to start our hike to Murren.

I was explicitly welcomed by almost all of the members, everything from checking in to checking out goes so smooth and amazingly swift. 房間非常舒適乾淨，設施現代便捷。單人房的床很大，床墊非常舒服，軟硬合適。陽台看得到雪山。酒店早餐很好，可以選擇煎蛋或者Omelette，會現做給你，熱乎乎的很好吃。休息室有熱水咖啡茶，24小時開着，退房那天也允許使用。酒店的工作人員都很幫忙。整間酒店很温馨，很希望再回來住的感覺。最後，酒店位置很好，離車站走四五分鐘，旁邊三分鐘就是翁根的觀景點，可以看到勞特布倫嫩山谷日落。

We had room 529, on the top floor, south-facing with great views of both the high mountains and the town. The balcony was very small but for one night and facing the right direction it was fine. The room was very nice and cosy. The location is very good – right in the centre opposite the train station so it is very practical. Breakfast was fine, although the restaurant is a bit big. We had read some of the bad reviews about the hotel under new ownership and particularly about the restaurant. We didn't try the restaurant so can't say anything about it but we had no problems with the staff during check-in or anything else. No problems for us, and all in all a positive experience.

Lugar excellent recomendo sem medo, vale muito a Pena!!! O hotel e incrivel o Cafe da manha e muito bom chefe faz omelets saborosos!!! Recomendo muito esse hotel ! A vista para as montanhas e perfeita a piscina muito Bonita!

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and beware given they seemed to have scrubbed old reviews, the hotel is old and must have many reviews. They have managed to start afresh somehow. We were woken at 5am to the sound of dripping water above our heads which meant it ruined our day of hiking. The dripping persisted for 2hrs. The worst part was they told you which table you had to sit at, at breakfast. They seemed to put people they may have considered less desirable away from the window at the back. the bathroom stinks of a cross between an old peoples home and a hospital, you get a tiny sachet of shampoo and body wash so bring your own. The front desk lady is rude and abrasive and the old man managing the breakfast shouted at people to not touch the food when the breakfast is a buffet. The bedroom smelt of sweat. The rooms were dingy and none of the lights work in the room or the bathroom. Awful place. Stay anywhere but here.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, The bathroom was a bit small, but still quite functional. We loved sitting on our balcony and enjoying the incredible view of the mountains and valley. The buffet breakfast on the patio was also very enjoyable. You also have to have dinner there at least once. The food, prepared by a top chef was unique and superb. Above all, the service was excellent throughout our stay. The owners always tried very hard to accommodate us, and they succeeded. We highly recommend the Maya Caprice. MB & JB, Upper Saddle River, NJ
