這家酒店的優點就是九龍湖旁邊了，夜晚透過窗户可以看到噴泉;早餐廳服務員態度很好，看到人都會打招呼，但是前台的服務態度有待提高，話沒説完就不理人了，提前一個晚上和前台説好外帶早餐掛房間門口，第二天早上還是去前台要，東西比較簡單，衹有牛角包、酸奶和梨;房間設施比較簡單，但基本能滿足要求，床品可以提升一下，被子太重了，睡得很累;椅子太小了，不是很舒服，除了床和桌子剩餘空間還比較大，椅子就顯得小氣了;退房的時候找不到酒店提供的袋子，東西沒地方放，如果能放一個袋子給顧客裝東西是不是好一點?早餐廳咖啡的品質還待提升，不是很好喝;地下車庫靠近酒店的車位有股尿騷味，充電樁電壓低，充不了電，以上衹是一些建議，希望温嶺的酒店能越來越好。

新開酒店，訂了套房，房間是真的不錯。服務也挺好。但不足也有……1.淋浴間裏沒有放物品的地方，連放把梳子的地方也沒有，確實不方便。2.早餐確實不好，選擇特別少，是出遊幾天吃得最差的一天。3.隔音不算好，想不通這麼好的套間邊上是有電梯？一晚上很清晰的啟動聲音，停幾秒又啟動，對聲音敏感的注意哈。
