The room was nice and modern I liked the bed as well. The breakfast wasn't what I expected from an international hotel. The only foreign food was some toast and jam!

來這邊找我朋友第一次入住這家酒店，前台接待很熱情，我預訂的房型沒房間了，還免費申請幫我換了更好的房間，入住體驗不錯，就是周邊有點冷清，沒啥可以玩的。可能是臨近機場的原因。總體來説環境不錯，衞生很棒，服務很熱情，值得入住

入住的酒店幫忙升級成商務大床房，送了入住水果，退房的時候前台小姐姐Nice Tan看到有小朋友在，給小朋友拿了小餅乾和小風扇，孩子很開心，謝謝Nice Tan. 房間內床品很舒服，出差首選！酒店離仙巖風景區很近，走路10分鐘，晚飯後去散步很不錯。

Highly recommend this hotel. It's beautiful and in a great location. Alot of restaurants and malls nearby. The room was clean and cozy. It's also very quiet,perfect if you just want to relax. The bath tub was definitely the highlight for us. Carry your wine and bath bombs and it's a perfect night.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. Coffee was conveniently available in the lobby, there were snacks and bottled water as well which was a nice touch. Dear Sirs, The Awailou Resort Hotel was marvelous. We had a beautiful room with a view of the countryside. Even freshly washed fruit was on the coffee table. The hotel staff were kind and very accommodating for any of our needs. We attended the Friday night buffet which was excellent. The breakfast was also a delight. In the morning, I took a walk in the manicured gardens along the waterfront and across the stone bridge. One of our best hotel stays ever!

交通方便，服務態度很好，衞生乾淨，有早餐下午茶和夜宵吃，都還是免費的，菜品衞生都很不錯。位置相當好，離五馬街、江心嶼都是走路就能到的，前台服務員的態度是我住過的酒店裡最好的，熱情、心細、周到，房間乾淨整潔，烤紅薯免費吃，房間裏的零食跟礦泉水都是免費並且不限量的，酒店真的把一些小細節做得非常到位，非常推薦！

Big room was nice, and higher floor with great view. Pedestrian walkway from the high speed train station, so easy to just roll your luggage to the hotel. Only issue is that the safe in the room was not bolted down (someone could just walk off with it). Hot water, A/C, Wi-Fi, etc. all worked great. Buffet breakfast was phenomenal. Plenty of shops, restaurants, amenities, etc. within walking distance of hotel. I would stay here again next time.

The location was perfect, situated near a big mall and close to public transportation. The rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast was good, but there was enough other good restaurants nearby.
