Hotel Wenzhou dengan Gim

The room was nice and modern I liked the bed as well. The breakfast wasn't what I expected from an international hotel. The only foreign food was some toast and jam!

設施：設備設施完善，前台小姐姐服務很好，笑容滿面，態度很好，環境棒，周邊好吃的好玩的也很近，酒店後面就是一個公園，飯後可以去跑步

酒店免費升級了方間，房間裝修比較舒適，面積大，智能馬桶，衞生間也很大，沒有浴缸。吹風機有些老，續住第二天咖啡忘記放，服務小細節還可以更提升。酒店早餐不太豐富，不太符合五星標準。

一到酒店，氣派又温馨的大堂就給我留下深刻印象。前台工作人員熱情又專業，辦理入住迅速，還貼心介紹酒店各項設施和周邊好玩的地方，一下子就驅散了旅途的疲憊。走進房間，整潔度無可挑剔，床鋪柔軟舒適，用品擺放規整，房間的燈光設計也很巧妙，暖色調營造出温馨的氛圍，讓人感覺像回到了家。浴室乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質上乘，細節之處盡顯用心。酒店的餐飲也很出色。早餐種類豐富，中西式菜品應有盡有，現做的煎蛋、香噴噴的麪包，還有新鮮的水果和營養的粥品，每一口都吃得滿足。晚餐在酒店餐廳嘗試了當地特色菜，食材新鮮，烹飪入味，味道超讚。 休閑設施也十分完備。健身房器材齊全，滿足了我日常鍛鍊的需求。游泳池水質清澈，游上幾圈，身心都得到了放鬆。另外，酒店的位置絕佳，周邊商場、景點眾多，出行十分便利，無論是購物還是遊玩都很方便。服務方面更是無可挑剔。有天我不小心把充電器落在房間，聯繫前台後，工作人員很快就幫我找到並送到了我手中，這種高效又貼心的服務，真的讓人感動。這次入住從環境到設施，從餐飲到服務，每一個環節都遠超我的預期。強烈推薦給各位出行的朋友，相信你們入住後也會和我一樣滿意！

Like our first stay, the room was clean and well-maintained. Check in was smoother this time. And the lounge on the 22F is a haven.

Very good experience with a really good service. At the front desk they were very kind and received us with water and taking care of our luggage. Then one of the workers helped us to bring it to the room and made sure we understood all the amenities and made sure everything was correct. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and amenities were great.

This hotel was amazing. The staff there are simply the best and very accommodating to my requests while there. I had my laundry done and forgot to mention I need extra soap since they were gym clothes 😬. So they gave me a hand written letter and a stuffed animal as an apology even though it was my fault for not mentioning it. They have a solid breakfast, and it’s close to a lot of great restaurants (I recommend 最爱妈妈菜). Will definitely be staying here again!

Helpful and very courteous staff overall. Good amenities incl. a very spacious swimming pool. I stayed in one of the main towers, well kept rooms and good amenities. A view from the window showed the villas -the pools were dead dry and villas not painted (probably up for a renovation?) Breakfast was simple enough with decent choices , however could be expanded to include further western cuisine Attended a wedding at the venue. There the service of the staff were miserable. I had to keep a watch on my shoulders that they don’t drop the dishes on my shoulder. On one occasion the whole fruit bowl landed on top of the plate with desserts with the dessert still on them.

The breakfast was nothing short of exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location proved extremely convenient for exploring the downtown area on foot. Overall, the Sheraton Wenzhou is an outstanding hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a truly memorable stay.
