Ulasan Grand New Century Hotel, Wenzhou, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

A two-night stay with incredible value for money. The day before check-in, the hotel's butler, Xiao Meng, proactively added me on WeChat. After I checked in, she sent me many details about my stay, like breakfast times, via WeChat. She even gave me a complimentary breakfast (which was excellent with a great variety of food) and upgraded my room type. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Wenzhou InCity Mega, the museum (it was closed during my stay, reopening in April), the Grand Theater, and the Science and Technology Museum. There's also a wetland park nearby. On my first day, I even went for a swim in the pool, and the water quality was very good.

This hotel is really comfortable, and the service is excellent! My child accidentally broke a plate at the buffet, and the staff were so kind and understanding. They calmed my child down, and when I offered to pay for the damage, they simply said it was fine as long as my child wasn't hurt. I absolutely have to give them a great review. The food was delicious too!

The views are expansive, the space is generous, and the facilities are complete. The hotel's surroundings offer excellent transportation links, making travel very convenient. The Chinese restaurant on the fourth floor has good food.

The service was absolutely amazing! They proactively called to ask about our room preferences, then upgraded our room and even sent a fruit platter. To top it off, they gave us a small gift when we checked out. Honestly, the hotel's attention to detail was impeccable.

On a business trip to Wenzhou, I chose Kaiyuan and was very impressed with the warm and thoughtful service from Butler Xiao Meng. She even upgraded my room! The room was clean with a great view, and the bedding was so soft, I slept wonderfully. The breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, and everything tasted amazing! The location is also very convenient, right next to a commercial area with a nice surrounding environment. Definitely five stars!

The location is fantastic, right next to the Wenzhou Municipal Government building. Impressions City mall is also right there, making it super convenient for shopping anytime. The view is great, offering a nice panorama of Wenzhou's nightscape. The service is excellent, and the facilities are new.

The hotel front desk staff provided excellent and enthusiastic service. The room was very clean, the environment was pleasant, and the room itself was quite spacious with great views and an open panorama. There's also a large commercial complex nearby, making dining, lodging, and transportation very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and they promptly issued my invoice after check-out.

Seriously, who else gets it? Why are all Atour Hotels so consistently amazing? The service is great, the environment is great, but most importantly, they just know how to make you feel good. After checking in, I was so impressed with the drinks in the fridge. I wasn't sure if they were free, so I called the front desk, and they confirmed they were! Even better, during my 3-day stay, I noticed the drinks were replenished daily; as soon as you finished them, they'd be refilled. What also really won me over was the breakfast – the variety was insane! Even though it was busy during the National Day holiday, the dining area was large, and the staff were incredibly efficient, quickly seating everyone. So many delicious options, and everything tasted fantastic. Atour truly excels; it's a super five-star experience. Next time, I'll definitely be staying at another Atour location, haha.

Five-star review!!! Service: Hotel service in China has really reached the next level now. As someone with cervical spondylosis, I forgot my pillow, and the hotel even had latex pillows! All the staff were polite and incredibly responsive, patiently delivering takeout multiple times (even late at night...). The pool was very clean, and breakfast was plentiful; I ate it for three days straight and didn't get bored.

I'd heard about the reputation of Kaiyuan Mingdu for a while, and this particular branch is quite new. The room facilities are pretty comprehensive, and the staff are very good. Parking is quite convenient; you just scan a QR code for free parking. There are also a few popular Instagrammable cafes downstairs.

This is definitely the top choice in Wenzhou city center. The facilities are new, it's close to Intime City, and dining options are convenient. Breakfast: They have almost all the local specialties, quite comprehensive. High floor, great view.

The mooncakes provided by the hotel were also delicious! 😋 Cleanliness: Very clean, and the rooms come with disposable toiletries. Environment: Located in the city center, right next to MixC shopping mall, making it very convenient for getting around. Service: The front desk service was excellent. After booking, there was even a personal butler to attentively address any issues and provide service.
