這個好評我怎麼也給不出來。首先我們是親子游，原本看中酒店的泳池，小童樂園才來的。我6月30號就在某音下單預訂7月3號的房間。
到店通知**下單的房間他們後台沒訊息，告知需要退款從攜程上訂。就在**作的時候，又説找到了訂單，然後辦理入住。
進了房間，又通知我們訂單需要重新在攜程上下，我反反覆覆操作三四次（到這裏我都沒生氣），最後，我終於知道，是他們自己後台管理不當價格沒修改，我原本是680一晚，最後是743一晚。雖然我知道原因，也不差這點錢，但是在我心裏這就是變相的坐地起價，我覺得從6.30號開始一直到7.3號，大把的時間能告訴我訂單需要重新更改，愣是讓人到店臨時補差價。
到了酒店發現小童樂園半户外，暴曬玩不了，想去泳池，給小朋友泳衣換好泳圈充好氣，滿心歡喜過去泳池，發現泳池沒洗，沒水，乾的，我嘞個豆，真的無語。精心挑選，最後一肚子火。
總結：
優點：環境好，包早餐、景區門票，私密性好，衞生好，床品都很嶄新，退房還有伴手禮零食

國慶期間雖然遇到了颱風和降温，但也並不覺得無聊。房間乾淨，上下鋪適合家庭出行；位子好，就在海邊，斜對面就是沙灘，民宿前就是一個大停車場；早餐好，肉包子確實好吃，粥也很粘稠。關鍵是老闆娘和老闆的態度都超級好，電話微信隨時在線，旅途中快速解答各種問題，老闆家人還親自帶玩了沙子的老二在院子裏用水管沖腳。另外老闆娘推薦的温州城裡的生醃，真的棒棒！

民宿在山上，很高的玻璃電梯上去穿過一段漂亮的樹林木頭階梯，就看到漂亮的泳池了。總的不錯，尤其工作人員年紀很輕但非常親切友好。民宿衞生有待加強，窗簾也不夠長漏光厲害，陽台門關不上半夜會被吹開，充電器沒有很不方便，衹能走到前台借。體驗總的不錯。很適合放鬆。

CChye5252Really fantastic hotel. Reception staff are competent and friendly. Check in and out is fast. Staff are all ready to help. Hotel provides breakfast, simple lunch and tea. Their baked sweet potatoes are delicious. Never ever got hungry while staying at this hotel. My husband and I had been traveling all over China , this hotel is the best. Value for money. Location is also great. Cleanliness is good as well. Plenty of eateries around. Room is equipped with smart technology xiao du. Hope they have this chain in other cities. Thank you for the good service and good experience.

PPengguna TetamuWe booked a one night stay at this hotel. We were in a double room with breakfast included.The room was very close to what the pictures show, the entire place is very clean. We are very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was really nice, you can choose between a lot of dishes and there are vegetarian options as well.
We couldn’t speak Chinese very well but the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We didn’t know how to use Alipay or how to call for a taxi and I was actually very anxious but the person who help me explained it to me very kindly and even waited with us so we could get into the correct vehicle. Thank you very much! If we ever comeback to Wenzhou we will definitely book a room here :D

2. In dining area, no coffee machine. Only hot water, need to be mixed with premix coffee powder.
3. In room toilet, there is no hand wash liquid.
4. In room refreshments, there is no coffee powder. Only Chinese tea.

A. I could see a pencil branded with Wyndham Wenzhou.
B. I could see rewards club page ”Jin jiang Club” But, while scanning the QR code, it shows account blocked.
C. I could see room delivery and room order link goes to ” Vienna International Hotel”
Have I stayed in which hotel? Libai Hotel - Park inn by Radisson or Wyndham Wenzhou or Vienna International Hotel or Jin Jiang Club Hotels???

6. Check-in was very pleasant. Front desk receptionist did her job well. She could understand English and respond back properly. Very good.
7. Check-out was terrible. I have requested for invoice if it is not from TRIP.COM. But, too much confusions. Are china have 2 invoice types? One is General and another one is Special? Foreigners are not going to claim for tax credit in foreign countries with Chinese tax invoice. Generally, invoice is required to submit as a proof of stay and get reimbursement accordingly. Kind of receipt or invoice with Guest Name, Room Charges, Check-in and Check-out dates are enough with hotel Stamp/Seal. Or hotel can say to contact the travel agent of TRIP.COM for invoice.

JJonathanBig room was nice, and higher floor with great view. Pedestrian walkway from the high speed train station, so easy to just roll your luggage to the hotel. Only issue is that the safe in the room was not bolted down (someone could just walk off with it). Hot water, A/C, Wi-Fi, etc. all worked great. Buffet breakfast was phenomenal. Plenty of shops, restaurants, amenities, etc. within walking distance of hotel. I would stay here again next time.

SSameleeneHome Inn is a very nice place. it is strategically located near Cangnan railway station, which is a 10 - to 15-minute walk. If you want to take a taxi, just book around 10 to 12 CNY only. It is near also with small restaurants and a convenient store. theres a park near to the hotel about 30 minutes walk, people who likes nature will enjoy that place. it has lake and squirrel paradise. The hotel staff is very friendly, I check in very smoothly. I like the food that they are serving every day. if you don't eat pork, just ask them to fried some eggs, and they will give it to you. If you want to order the hotel just tell them so and they can cook for you and of course you need to pay 😀.. The place is clean, from lobby to the room. The hotel manager I encountered is Ms. Sophie, which is also very accommodating and friendly , makes sure to assist and guide anyone in need. I am very lucky that she arrived in the hotel and met herl before I travelled to Beijing. I really enjoyed my stay and seeing the robot delivering to rooms.👏 👏 😊 😃

PPengguna Tetamu😃選擇這家酒店主要是因為和我的需求比較近吧🎈，然後旁邊又是很多年輕人喜歡的那種西餐和酒吧🥂，又有南塘河，出行來説還算比較方便🚗，有了一種鬧中取靜的感覺。還有一個就是市中心停車很難，但是這邊停車超級方便🅿。然後早餐的話，種類也很多🥪，都是温州特色的那種早餐。房間整體都顯得很乾凈🧹，應該説是性價比蠻高的吧，這樣的價位價格上來説💰。

SShengruxiahua028靜是民宿的特點，也是我們的幸運。這家海鮮麪好吃😊。要預訂啊！我們行程是15日週一入住靈峯景區的靜凡居，方便夜遊和日遊；16日爬山後泡温泉，17日早火車離開。温泉酒店不送站，靜凡居説因為我們入住沒使用接站服務，就把這項內容給安排到17日，去別的酒店接我們送站，不收費。戴眼鏡的女管家介紹從方洞去靈巖的路線，真是很方便的爬完山直接看飛渡表演。

The room was clean.
The water pressure in the shower is great. The shower and the toilet are separated, which is very comfortable.
The bed was super large and comfy. And the blankets were just superb, as they are temperature conserving, though thin and light.
The only little complaint I would have is that the walls are paper thin, and if you have noisy neighbours you hear every single sound they make. And some neighbours can be annoyingly noisy sometimes. But it wasn't a very big problem.
The staff is helpful and sweet, very respectful.
The breakfast is mainly chinese, with a wide variety of foods. Great coffee. And they have a good window for breakfast, 7-10 am, which makes it convenient for those, who want to sleep in a bit.
Overall we were very satisfied with the whole stay.

PPengguna TetamuThis is a lovely hotel in a very convenient location for exploring this wonderful area. Rooms are pleasantly designed with all the necessary amenities. Travelling in the winter, nights were very cold but the modern air conditioning systems were very effective in warming up the rooms. Staff were very friendly and eager to offer local knowledge. I believe that we were the first foreigners to stay here which led to a little bit of confusion over how to register us, but it was all dealt with in a friendly and open manner. If you don't speak Chinese, communication with staff may be a problem but I still wouldn't discourage you from staying here. Overall, this is a great and affordable option for people who want to conveniently explore the many sites that Yandangshan has to offer, especially if you want to get a taste of the local hospitality.
