Ini pengalaman saya menginap di Lembang Asri yang ke-5 kalinya 😁
Vibes alam nya yg menenangkan selalu mengundang untuk kembali. Taman yg Luas, Playground dan Pool sedikit hangat utk anak, cukup menjadi favorit.
Hal yang kurang menyenangkan adalah Bagian Resto nya. Pliis deh setiap kesini Menu Breakfast selalu SAMA. benar 2 sama. Sy sampai hapal. Variasi dan Taste nya sangat kurang.
Ditambah Attitude karyawan Resto kurang ramah. Kurang senyum, dan terkesan berlebihan dalam mengawasi tamu yg makan. Woi mbaa kita udh bayar additional charge utk anak2 yg gak murah ya 75K / anak dengan menu yg sangat simple. Mungkin bisa di training lagi utk Hospitality nya, dan Chef nya tolong buat Varian menu, biar tamu ga bosan.
Untuk Front Office, Security, Helper semua oke dan ramah.

Outstanding hotel, nice view with a bunch of kids activities. Rizky Front office staff gave us excellent service very friendly and helpful. Also Roslita restaurant staff in charge very understanding with our conditions (family with 3 kids). Definitely will return for next weekend

2022 I checked in at this hotel, I forgot the month. The first time I entered the hotel lobby was greeted by the receptionist, as far as I know named elsa CMIIW. The first photo I had permission from him at the time of fixing the broken flasher, swiftly with good speech I think giving a lot of tips is fine. I think he is the most kind, friendly, sprightly staff I've ever met 😍. The second photo, when I checked in again, it was seen that there were spots on the bed sheet. I complained by calling the receptionist, it turned out that there was no answer when I got off at the receptionist counter, there was no one, I was surprised that the staff was smoking in the front restaurant. After waiting 60 minutes - 90 minutes finally the other staff changed the bed sheet, at that time I came out because I wanted to shop. The third photo was back at the hotel at night and when I opened the bed sheet it was still stained like blood 😭. In the fourth photo, the lights suddenly flickered like in a club shortly afterwards turned off. I decided to checkout that night, again and again there was no one at receptionist! I decided to put the hotel key at the receptionist and did not take my deposit because I was fed up and annoyed. I hope to pay more attention in terms of staff aspects and room cleanliness.

I chose cabin only without toilet, but the public toilet and shower is clean. Cabin 9-10 close to the public shower. The cabin good and cool. The window can be changed to clear or blur. They have table and chair in front of the cabin so people can do bbq in front of the cabin. The place also clean. Love to come again. Only the way to reach the place only need stairs. Not good for bug luggage bht okay for cabin size luggage.

But you don’t need to worry, because the location is inside of house complex, so they have many restaurants, minimarts and other facilities. The ambiance of hotel is similar to bali’s vibes. They have slides in kid’s pool.

PPengguna TetamuIt is my second time to stay at Sandlewood. Compared with my last visit, the backyard becomes the building now. The thing not changed is I can still find the old fashioned cars parked there and the backyard gate is still there. The lobby is still maintained well with European decoration. ”Feels like home” becomes the slogan in Sandlewood now. The designated mug in each room is available now and staffs are friendly and professionally to serve you all the time still. You can really relax yourself with friends or families here on weekends or holidays in Lembang. The only thing is since the rooms are not many, booking earlier is highly recommended. Come here and have fun. Enjoy.

EErlyIf you are looking for a mountain view, than it's the right place to rest. No wifi, limited channels on TV, limited options of food (Taste of foods are too salty or too sweet), limited service. Rooms are standard, water heater, coffee, and water are provided, they give you a pillow and a bolster per bed. You will only get towels, soap, shampoo, and no toothbrush or toothpastes. If you have more money, I suggest you to book the executive one rather than the standard one. The executive one offers spacious room. Rooms have no air cond, but air is cold enough and windy. One problem I hate most, flies are too many, they said flies always come after it stops raining though teh resort is in the high area. These flies were everywhere, and difficult to avoid them not to go inside the room either.

PPengguna Tetamulocal hotel in lembang area, the quality of room are of what expected for its cheap price, which is reasonable. the double bed became three single beds combined. location is good for the nearby crater and tea fields. staff were friendly and were kind to help. is an okay choice for a night’s short stay in lembang!

They have pool at the ground floor. The breakfast hall at the top building so You can see the mountain view with the mountain wind too. There are many area for photo upstair.

TThe LimbongsThe hotel is generally satisfactory. We were assigned a room near a mini zoo, where a noticeable unpleasant odor lingered in the hallway and a slight musty smell in the room. Despite these concerns, the hotel offers compensatory features, such as engaging attractions for children, including a swimming pool, playground, mini zoo, and bicycle rental.

PPengguna TetamuNot a real camping but you can stay at your tents and enjoy the atmosphere of mountainside nature here. The interior layout and decoration are pretty amazing. Biking, jogging, flying fox or motorbike cruising are available here. Kids can have fun in the playing ground while parents are enjoying the sightseeing around the resort. It is worthy to have your own BBQ here by having various BBQ packages next to your tents. The chicken meat is really fresh and yummy. My kids love it so much. You can also find lots of cuisine by Gofood nearby as well. The staffs here are really friendly to serve you all the time. The resort is a good place for families to enjoy and relax themselves during holidays or weekends. The only thing is no complimentary breakfast here, so extra payment is needed or try to have Gofood instead. It is not easy to get the room here since it is pop on weekends or holidays. Try to book it earlier or stay on weekdays. Come and enjoy yourself here. Have fun.

The taste just so standard, the option also not so many. Free 2 breakfast for each room. The helper man is so helpful. Forgot to ask the name but he is really kind man. More success for Villa Lemon
