Very clean and great spot to relax since it has a beach front. I enjoyed breakfast every day with a wonderful view just a few feet from the sea coast. Glad I payed a bit extra than at the other hotels in the area, worth it. Service at the restaurant bar was awesome, very friendly and attentive staff.

Property was amazing! Right out to the beach with a restaurant on site. Restaurant is open to public so keep that in mind, gets busy at times. Water Taxi right at the water can take you to west end in about 3min to check out that area. And get a nice boat ride out of it.

Really liked the property. We only received 2 water bottles per day. Needed a large water jug for drinking.

Hotel was good , clean and good service. However , I paid for an ocean view room and and was told they did not have any rooms with Ocean view. They blamed ******* , who is at fault ? I know I paid for this type of room. Now I have trust issues with this website.

Staff was friendly and wonderful. We had some problems with our hot water but they sent someone to fix it within 30 min. Expected more from the room but was clean and quiet. Hotel was very peaceful even though it was right on the beach. They kept everything from the sand to the pools very clean and sanitary. Would definitely stay again.

The property was good and everyone was very nice and helpful. It was an easy walk to the beach and the hotel organized all excretions at a very reasonable price. The food was good too!
We spent all day at the beach, pool, and around the property which has a nice greenery that creates a good shade. The rooms were clean, maybe a little small and in need of repair, but truly we only went to the room to sleep. The staff was very friendly, and helpful.

The room I was given was in the corner of the villas at night time it was extremely bright and the room only had white curtains. The staff only catered and helped a curtain kind of people. I had to keep begging for a cushion to sit on a lounge chair at the beach. The gym was very old and equipment had to be old than me. I was very disappointed for the price that I paid.

Room was sparse. Shower was cold after 2 minutes. No place to set soap or shampoo. Wouldn't let anyone in to their room until 3pm, even though rooms were cleaned long before. We just had to hang out for 3 hours in our travel clothes. Hard to understand receptionists. Poor service in the restaurant, every time. Definitely a low class place with little feel for traveler.

They charged for the water they left in the room, $2 US. They over charged for drinks and food, as well, continually raised the price of an Americano at the bar. One day, less than $3 US, then next day $4, then the day we were leaving, $6! Gave a complimentary drink ticket to us but only good for a few drinks. Room was so tiny, no where to put our bags (we were 2 adults and 2 kids). At the end of our stay, they charged $73 to the room but could not identify what it was for. Do NOT book here, let them go out of business so a better one can open.
